I originally tried to get my hitch installed by U-Haul but after over 3 months of waiting for the parts to come in they still didn't have them. Coworker recommended Johnson Associates and within 5 days I had an appointment to get my hitch installed. Dropped my car off and within an hour they had called that the car was completed. Hitch looks good and can't wait to use. Every employee was kind and professional!

I had some bad luck with a leaf spring on my RV. They had the part I needed available and I was able to pick it up on a Friday afternoon, make the repair at our campsite, and enjoyed the rest of our trip. These guys know their stuff and if there is something you need for your trailer, they probably have it.
