This place has the worst business ethics. Took my car to repair and got a first estimate for $6,300. Later the owner charged my insurance another $5,600.00 for supplemental work he never did. Insurance scam so be careful cause your will skyrocket. On top of that my caress there for over a month and he did not complete the job. The insurance paid over $11,000 and car's alignment was not done. Several lights were in and he said that was not covered by the insurance. He is going to be investigated for insurance fraud. Then my insurance stoped covering the rental and I ended with a bill for another $900.00. Insurance should have just bought me a new car.

Mario replaced the front bumper on my mk7 gti after I hit an animal on my way to work. I was very surprised it only took a week to get my car back while I have friends in the past with similar problems and they get their cars back in 3-4 weeks. Mario did and amazing job and I'm very happy I get to use my fog lights again. I very much recommend stopping by and getting a quote from his shop before you go anywhere else!

Took my daughters car to Matt. The other parties insurance was paying the bill. I was not looking for a discount. Just quality repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Matt delivered 100%. Excellent job and completed as promised on time. I could have gone to any shop in the area. I chose Imperiouz because of a solid reputation. The insurance company approved Matt's estimate based on his photos and a reasonable price to do the job in less than one day. Seems like a win-win for everyone involved to me.

Matt called me within a half hour after I sent a request for a bid. He told me to come right down so he could see the damage. I dropped the car off the next day and got it back the day after that! Fabulous service, great work and reasonable price. I highly recommended this business.

Let the Buyer Beware. I had my 2004 Lincoln painted by Matthew Sherman owner of Imperiouz Autobody. When I pointed out the runs, orange peel texture and fish eyes he refused to fix it. I sued in Monterey County Superior Court, Small claims #134368. When I got a judgement against him I had to garnish his accounts until he satisfied the judgement, court cost and fee's. Be careful what you use for payment, I filed Police Report with Salinas PD 16-110436 for identity theft. He opened an account and let it go to collection in my name. The Complaint went to the DA's office for a warrant. You do not want to go through the experience I did with this guy. Go on down, meet him for yourself, take a look around and ask Do I want to leave my car here?

Matt is a solid guy just like his work. I went in with a bend in my Toyota Corolla near the trunk. He fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes. He even was not going to charge me. I paid him anyways because you don't find people like him anymore. I had others quote me 100s of $. If you want great work done by and honest guy then go see Matt!
