It's truly an incredible store. At home, when I shop this store, I am ignored. But this store is so much nicer to shop at. Team members are really well trained to make customers feel at home. They go above and beyond to assist the customers. When not assisting customers, they are either making displays appear neat and orderly or cleaning the floors and aisles, or restocking tables and racks with new merchandise. I found the patterns on shirts quite intriguing. A great variety of tees. And was surprised to see the shoes and slippers on display. Really a fine store.

I came to the mall looking for a nice sweater and couldn't find anything at other stores. Popped in here and found a nice cream knit sweater for $24.99. I tired it on and was perfect. There wasn't anyone staffing the dressing room so we just used the first one. This was on a non busy day so am sure you'll get help on a busy Saturday or Sunday. Totally impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. If you are looking for that perfect last minute item, H&M has you covered for the clean fit. Great shopping experience for a couple of out of towners.

I went it today to find an outfit for a special occasion. This location has a great selection of clothes. The sales associate/cashier Mikaylah was fabulous. She was very sweet and helpful. Great customer service! Thank you! I will definitely be coming back

Came in to H&M around 1pm on June 10th and the customer service was excellent. Sadly was not able to get the discount where you turn in an old article of clothing due to covid:/. But tall gentlemen who helped me out deserves a raise. His accuracy was pinpoint in the store and was able to help me with my experience when I came in. H&M manager give that guy a raise or promotion or even bigger store discount lol
