This place must make so much profit that they don't care what customers think of them. On two different days, they were closed when their hours said otherwise. There was absolutely no note to say when they would be open. Head Over Heels, good job on being able to stay in business with this crappy of professionalism.

Staff and selection make this womans boutique a must stop in Salinas! Vivian and the girls are so welcoming (not like some others). The store is clean and well maintained.

Went to Head Over Heels today with my wife and mother. A delightful store with a wonderful staff.The collection of dresses were bright, beautiful and caught my wife's eye. And the broad collection of hats sparked my imagination. Trying on the assortment of fedoras, I felt like Buster Keaton straight out of "Steamboat Bill Jr."Definitely recommend dropping by Head Over Heels to see if something fits your style.

A wonderful find for great clothes. I stopped in here on my way to Monterey, and found the perfect jeans. Perfect fit, perfect length, great price! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they made it a great shopping experience.

Always new products coming in that are sooo cute. I can always find great gifts or of course things for myself as well? if you can’t make it into the store try the website. They will pack everything up and ship to wherever you are or ship out a gift as well. Great helpful staff that can help you to find whatever you need.

I always walked past this place not thinking anything of it, and just stopped in for some a Christmas shopping and I'm ashamed for not stopping in sooner! The clothing is cute, shoes are adorable, and other little items make for perfect gifts. The staff is super friendly and sweet as well.

I was in desperate need of a candle, since I left my lunch over the weekend in my office. Vivian processed my order so quickly and also put an extra treat of a mixture of essential oils to not only help with the smell but help with immunity which was an incredible surprise and it smells GREAT! Amazing customer service especially while we all deal with the SIP, we still need gifts for ourselves and others. Both purchases went smoothly and pick up was a piece of cake. I will most definitely be telling everyone at the party to visit the online site. Small businesses are where it's at.
