The hours suck! I sent my daughter to pick up my order because I was at work. They gave her half the order and an invoice that didn't include the other parts. I ordered 5 items (2 of one item and 3 of another) and only got 2/5 parts I needed. Now I can't finish my project because they're closed all weekend! I should have ordered from Amazon!!!!

Nightmare to buy here if you don't have item number. The help is the worst in my 20 years. They don't know and they don't move one extra finger to help.

The service is ok. I stopped shopping from grainger because of this experience with billing. I assumed they pulled the money out of my account within a few days and not weeks. I am not sure if this practice will happen again but this has definitely left me bitter towards grainger.

I just should have gone to mitchell and lewis , my order was suppose to be there to today now I have to wait. They could have at least called to let me know it didn't arrive

Item I ordered did not arrive on time as I was assured it would. This would not normally be a big deal as these things happen, but the counter associate was rude and did not care at all. I would not recommend going to this particular branch. Personally, this is a last resort for anything from now on.
