It says they close at 8 but they actually close at 7, employees were being very rude literally kicking us out. They didn't even let us pay for what we already had. Definitely not coming again and we would not recommend to anyone.

Staff very friendly, pricing is too high for a second hand store, goodwill losing customers queen persephone inside gave Intel store is losing customers due to prices of items are too high. Donations are over priced and some items over 100.00 in not good shape. A non profit organization should not be making profit for organization. Store outside is dirty. Alot of trash outside property if company want to price Guage for donation should make sure to use that money to clean property.Queen persephone ans prince nico inside cleaning city corruption. Kings are presiding fixing town .

Steady inventory of home health supplies at an incredible price. Wide and clutter free isles. They keep items organized and in the correct size category. One particularly good selection is ladies jackets and coats with an ample number of XL and up choices. My first stop on the thrift store agenda.

Didn’t know they suddenly have a no reusable bag policy EVEN though they sell them there. Got bullied by two mid aged asian workers. Straight up thought they were speaking to someone else until another thin younger lady comes to me and tells me I can’t bring my own bag no more even though the bag was empty. No longer coming here nor donating anything Ill just throw it away. Bag policy is fine whatever. But insult and bullying someone just because is a huge NO

This place SUCKS!! The employees are rude and don’t say “excuse me” they just throw you out of the way to get somewhere, the prices are RIDICULOUS, I tried buying a album but they took it away from me because there was no price on it, like how is that the customers fault, also beware of the short lady working there, snobbish and gives you looks like as if your stealing, bad attitude and demanding! Avoid at all costs

They seem to have forgotten they are a thrift store. They price salvaged goods above what the retailer does. If a product was only $5 brand new, why would I pay $8.99? I used to enjoy shopping here.

Goodwill used to be a place that you could go and save money. Now I understand that prices have increased but we have to all remember everything goodwill sells has been donated. Understandably you have to pay for the space lighting heating cleaning labor but you don’t have to pay for anything that you sell inside your store? There is absolutely no reason That a used H&M blouse should be $14So, here is my plea to everyone that is going to GoodwillGo to Carmel by the sea instead there are plenty of places that you could pay $14 for an actual silk blouseAnd the donations that they take actually go back into the communityDear Goodwill managementDo betterLove a prior regularI am disappointed in you

Smallish store but really no toys is why I vote neutral. Looking specifically for jigsaw puzzles. 2nd try today will only try again if in area of this goodwill. Selection is dismal.

My husband and I stopped at our Goodwillstore to see if they had some shirts in his style, size and taste. He found 5 great shirts. The store was neat and clean with well marked prices and sizes. Then we pulled around back to drop off several household items. We were meet by a friendly attendant who gathered the items in a large tub. All in all a great trip to our local Goodwill store.

1 minute limit in store bathroom.My elderly mom went to the bathroom. And a female Employee big lady with a bun in her head. keept nagging and demanding Aggressivelyto my elderly mother to hurry out of the bathroom That she was taking to long. My mom was there for less than 5 minutes! The Employer there was so rude she opened the door wide open and steped inside! when my mom was sitting in the restrum. To emberass her. When she closed the door the Big lady went to the back of the store. My mom came out of the restrum. Then I went into the restrum. She came back and started nagging and demanding me to get out. Telling me that I was there for 20 minutes. She was about to open the restrum again! I heard the key go in and her getting ready to open it. When I yelled back and told her I was in the restrum. She responded by telling me I had better not had shited all over the bathroom. She treaded me like a criminal, Like If I was in there doing drugs or something! Talk about elderly abuse. You dont treat your customers like that! I will never come to this store ever again!!
