Small and crowded. Workers seem like they need a pick me up. Really have to dig if you want anything cute, cuz I didn’t find anything lol. To be honest, Ross and Salvation Army are cheaper , probably other thrift stores as well. 12.99-16.99 for used jeans ….doesn’t sit right with me. Don’t know to blame the resellers or the store because there’s not a lot of competition in Salinas. You’ll end up settling for something if you don’t get out of there lol.

This “used” to be a good shopping experience.. The hateful manager is just looking for people to harass and accuse of stealing.. One of my purchases was marked $2.99 and she charged me $6.99..She accused me of changing the price and of course I did not!..If I knew her name I’d publish that..Just a horrible experience even though I’ve purchased here over 3 years..Buyer beware!!

I visit this store atleast 3x a week and the employees always greet with a smile or are ready n willing to help or answer any questions I may have. It is obvious Kayla loves her job. She always greets with a smile!

This place used to be great! It's better than the one on north main that's forsure. But whoever decided to raise the prices is a douche. This isn't target these are used items that were donated now they want to raise their price like if they Louis Vuitton. Probably the smallest goodwill I've been to, staff is real rude and unfriendly. They all have attitudes and look at you like if you're going to steal very unwelcoming atmosphere. Good luck finding parking!

No returns on clothes and they don't have a changing room at this location. No restrooms either. Friendly staff but won't be back.

These was my first time here and I liked but I just wish the service was little better I try looking for someone it was kinda hard to find and then the cashier was not friendly. They seem they just want you out of there and gone

Katrina's assistant manager there and she's very helpful! I called and spoke to her about making a donation. Imperial hauling services also called to make sure she was able to receive the donations. She was very helpful to me and Arturo! He is with imperial and he's bringing the things over! Highly recommend the store.!!!

Two times I bought products that were not working. A portible heater and a toaster oven. They seem to work when first plugged in but once I got them home I realized they did not work.

Got there 50 mins before closing and they wouldn't let me in. They need to be open at their posted hours.

Not as nice as some of the other goodwills. Small and seemed a little dirty. Would not recommend if you are in the area and shopping there are other goodwills in the area that offer many many more items for less price.
