Great customer service!! Irwin, Brandon, Jose and Carlos answered all of my questions. They did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle at all, which I thought was great because I’ve gone to other dealerships and I usually feel pressured somehow!!

This Memorial Day weekend I had an outstanding experience at Gold Star in Salinas, all thanks to Jesse and Ponce. From the moment I walked in, Jesse's professionalism and friendliness stood out. For the most part, Gold Star Buick is okay. They have a great selection of cars, fairly good deals, and are willing to do everything they can to help you get what you are looking for. However, "professionalism" is at the management level. I give 3 stars because we had a sales guy that clearly had been drinking. He kept it together, but he wreaked of alcohol and thought nobody could tell. That was a huge turn-off and could easily be a trigger for someone else. In my opinion, that gentleman should not be greeting customers. Overall, most everyone is very polite and positive. Also, they never detailed my car as they said they do and should have done. It had a clean appearance but once you got a good look, inside and out, it was dirty and had never been detailed like promised.
