The cashier Amalena was extremely rude! She did not greet me and threw my receipt at me. I’ve never experienced such behavior before. She needs a customer service training immediately!

I received the absolute best customer service today from one of your employees, Jorge M. He offered assistance upon my arrival and helped me find the best pics of fruits that were within my budget, which I was really grateful for. He carefully helped me choose which fruits were the best to take home (ripe enough) per fruit because I wasn’t sure which ones. He was very friendly, kind, patient, helpful and caring. I’m writing this review solely out of Choice, he didn’t ask me to or anything. I’m just really grateful for the amazing customer service that was provided here by Jorge M. Give this staff member promotion/raise cuz the customer service was amazing!! Thank you and God bless you Jorge, i appreciate your help so much!

I'm referring to the one in Salinas CA. The prices here are Rediclous..way higher than everyone but Safeway and Nob Hill... and have the Audacity to put up signs that say "Temporary reduction." If you follow the prices at all you instantly see that's ??. Apparently their main shoppers don't do math and/ or don't care. I find this extremely egregious and don't go there anymore. I have to watch MY budget ?

The butcher area is not good. I have been buying AI meats twice and they are bad. The first time I bought chicken and it smelled horrible, it was spoiled.
Yesterday I was going to prepare a beef broth with meat that I bought here and the smell of the meat was horrible, it was decomposed.
I wish the health department would inspect more because they can poison you with products in poor condition.
