“Martha has been doing taxes for the past 40 years. I have watched her give so much of herself to this community. Three bouts of cancer and still servicing her clients through her treatments. That is dedication. Not everyone can be pleased, but I am. Covid over the years has hurt many SMALL businesses all over the US. Staffing issues and so forth and we have all had to face that challenge. I have been to restaurants and stores that take longer to service. I but I only give them my patience and understanding. I would never want to put anyone's livelihood in jeopardy by leaving negatively. I never lash out. I've watched people take it out on staff and small businesses for not meeting their immediate needs. It takes a lot of energy to bash a small business, so I won’t. As a matter of fact, I only write good reviews on multiple platforms, because I only leave the best of myself. To take the time to write a negative review says a lot about the character of the customer and in times such as these, we need to spread more compassion and love. I can see that this year has been a challenge for this business but will continue to utilize the 40 years of knowledge and service Martha has shared with the world.
