Emmanuel and Mary were very professional. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and got repairs done by Wednesday. After a bad rear ended accident my car looks brand new. Took my truck there a couple of years ago to get some rust taken care of. I very specific on how wanted it done since I plan on keeping the truck for a long time. Also asked them to investigate a potention rust problem as well. When repairing the rust above the windshield, they kneeled on the cowling and dented that, applied silicone to the rear deck light bezel(I showed the the gasket for it was in the cab.)Fast forward to today and the rust is back with a vengence, the windhsield leaks and where I asked them to check out they said there was no rust has completely rotted through

Our car had some dings, front and back. One body shop quoted about $4000, worst case, to fix the damage in the back. We went to Fender Mender, they quoted $800 for the back and $250 for the front. Took car in on a recent Monday morning and got it back the next afternoon. Car looked great, could never tell it had been damaged. They also washed the car. Emanuel is a very nice man, the lady at the counter also very nice. Got extra cards to provide friends, hope they go to Fender Mender. Know we'll beat a path back there if needed.

I was looking for a honest auto body shop. I seen they repaired many different types of cars. Including the salinas police cars. Well my experience was not great. They did a horrible job on my Lexus. They were in charge of repairing both my front bumper and back bumper. The front bumper after a month was coming out of alignment because the bracket were broken. I asked them to fix it and they told me they needed to send the new estimate to the insurance. The insurance told me they could not cover the extra work.

I have taken 3 vehicles to Fender Mender. They have done very nice work in the past. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very friendly. A great experience all around.

Had my truck repaired here recently. Got truck back before estimated completion date, paint was perfectly matched, pin stipe replace nice and straight, overall quality work. Have to mention also the customer service was great. I recommend.
