Terrible service ? charge for express delivery according to them and they deliver it whenever they feel like it ? my shipment was for 2 days and it takes 10 days and they don't tell me what a horrible service it is

I was faced with a difficult task today. My mission was to find someone willing to ship a box weighing 35 lbs and about 4 ft/ish long. Originally, when I first set out on this adventure I thought it would be easy. I was wrong. I was told no by USPS, apparently they don’t take packages this big. Okay, I’ll try FedEx Seaside. They explained they can ship things this big but that the integrity of my box was slim and that I’d need a new one BUT they don’t carry boxes as big as I need however the location on Lighthouse does. On the bright side they provided me with a quote of how much it would cost me to ship. They gave me a sliver of hope being that the cost was less than I anticipated. I headed to FedEx on Lighthouse with high hopes. I lug around my big box that’s almost bigger than me for the third time and Abi a crew member at FedEx Lightouse quoted me $490 for it!!!!!!! I let her know they quoted me 200 and she insisted they were wrong.I wanted to give up. I had to run errands in Salinas and figured I’d try one more time at the location on the North Side.RIGHT when I came in, Gloria helped me with the door and straight away started taping where the box lacked integrity so I wouldn’t have to pay for another box and packaging. She played no games, and got my box processed and charged me what I was quoted originally at FedEx in Seaside; $203. She truly made my day and resolved the difficult task I was faced with. Who knew it was so hard to ship a large package and shipping centers?!?!I wish I went here first and met Gloria from the beginning. This FedEx is great because of her I’m sure.Thank you so much Gloria!!

This is what our world has come to, you have to do everything yourself. I don't blame the employees for lack of customer service, I blame FedEx for not wanting to hire enough people that is why they resort to the self copy system. I came here to make copies of blueprints, I have no idea what I am doing. And every single person coming in is as confused as the next. It was actually pretty comical to watch everyone come in and look for an employee for help. They do come, but obviously not happy to help, seemed very annoyed. I tried to make my copies, but then the machine said I could not and canceled my job, this happened twice and I was told the machine has an 80$ limit. I should be able to tell them what I want and they can just print it?! I miss the good old days of customer service. Will not be returning.

Half of the day staff seems like they either hate being there or just hate dealing with people. No acknowledgment, no words spoken unless you start talking, then you get condescending attitude.

None of the employees ever seem to want to help customers. They will ignore you as long as they can and when they do assist the attitude that comes along with it is ridiculous.

Always very helpful workers and hours of operation are great they are open until 7pm. That's great since most close at 5. Convenient for getting some work/ errands done quickly.

This is office is defunct and has damaged my opinion of Fed Ex. It is absolutely unacceptable for entity such as this not to be able to answer a phone. Hello UPS....

The staff of this FrdEx Kinko's is the best I have ever had the benefit of working with! I have been a returning customer for many many years...and as long as they provide me with the support I always need, I will always be their customer. Thank YOU for providing me with 5+ service!

I found an mature lady at the counter in the Salinas office that asked me what I needed, Spiral- binding a couple of books, You need to give all your information in detail, Phone number everything, maybe they will even need is a password, they just can't do a job with a customer with just first name... lost a client.
