Pharmacy line takes over a hour to pick up your medication. With only one register open although there is many workers in the back just standing around.

Worst pharmacy in Salinas. Pharmacists go on lunch during different hours than are posted so you can't get the medication you need and they could care less. They are posted to go on lunch from 1:30-2 but when I went to pick up medicine at 12:40 no one was available to help me and no alternatives were offered. People are suffering because of you and your lack of professionalism.

There are always lines at the pharmacy. Long line with one person at the register. the area at the register there are two stations for dropping off old prescriptions and wiping sanitation to getclean wipes. Both stations has a lot of nasty trash creating an atmosphere full of gnats around you picking up trash very unsanitary and very unprofessional. Need to be addressed by the next visit or I will document who standing around and who wasting company money. No need to be so many people in the pharmacy while there is a line to pick up medicine. And their area is unsanitary. I picked up trash from there w Starbucks with mold and much more with just my bare hands. It is. so simple to do fi d something to do alittle while not just standing around.

If I could I would give a -star . First off the manager caserin is a rude person and unprofessional unable to ask questions without her eye rolling not sure if I'll be returning to that locations !!! Be professional and calm down on the attitude

Been going here for my prescriptions only have 2 1 of them took a over a month to fill because who ever orders never put it threw. My other prescription went for a refill twice both times there has been a issue saying my doctor didn't call them or such an such. Even tho my doctor called me 4 times to make sure I got my prescription

OMG have never waited anywhere so long for a prescription 10 min became 15, 30 min later went to an hr or more is insane! anyways still here waiting will not leave with out the RX I have been here long enough! INSANE INSANE

The store only has two shopping carts and it is a little difficult for us to carry things by hand but the cashiers are very friendly

Very sharp, professional and polite staff in the pharmacy. I stopped in to try to pick up a prescription that my wife's clinic had mistakenly sent across town. They found us in their system immediately and filled it for us in minutes. I was there along with 16-20 different customers and everyone was served promptly and professionally. They carry a broad selection of over the counter meds and snacks... We will be making this location one of our regular stops.

This place is a pit. I live close by and come here often, but not by choice by proximity. It is dirty and the staff seems to not really care about that. They rarely have the oral hygiene products I need (I know to go to the Alisal Store for that). The water machine they have out front used to be 35¢/gal. then they raised it to 50¢/gal. The pharmacy is slow (but the folks are nice). You might as well go to the 99¢ Only store next door for better selection and similar hygiene.

I am very disappointed in the cashier who helped me! Arrogant, she throws the products, with a terrible attitude. I don't know her name, but she is a robust girl with tattoos! The first visit was a week ago, I was looking at the toothpastes and she was just looking at me, with get-away eyes! Toothpaste that touched toothpaste that was warped or thrown into the cart! And today the same thing happened, I wanted some products that only employees can obtain, I kindly asked him to help me! She went and took them with a terrible attitude to collect them. When she asked me for my phone number, I was wrong and she just sighed super loud and angry! Afterwards I asked her if the coupon she had had been applied and she told me she didn't know! So it bothered me because his answers were harsh and I rudely told him, you know, cancel the transaction! And she angrily threw the products at the gang! And saying many horrible things! I think that way of treating customers is not correct! I literally left very disappointed and it wasn't the first time he treated me like that! I think he has an anger problem! Terrible service from this woman! I will never return to this CVS! Never !!!!!!!
