The cashier was so helpful and friendly, this is definitely my favorite cvs in town he’s always been so helpful every time I’ve gone to shop there and 11/10 recommend other people to go there

So this review is critical---- but not of the pharmacy workers themselves! They are professional and helpful. They truly cannot move or type or attend the drive thru or vaccinate or answer questions any faster!!!!! They are amazing!!!! This review asks CVS: why aren't you hiring more people?!! If it's $$ I can see you are doing very well---so up your wages! If you can't attract people, please deeply and honestly consider why---. I spoke with my friends & coworkers and the over riding opinion was ugh cvs pharmacy is consistently awful because of the wait!!!!! You should pay attention to that!!!

CVS did not acknowledged the fact I didn’t know about beer and ignored that i was not a beer drinker and made a purchase not noticing that i was purchasing a non alcohol beer beer. CVS failed to mention to me about the none alcohol content of beer, they were not able to accredit an exchange for the right product, after my 5 minute return with none opened six pack of the none alcohol six pack of beers returned. CVS not only ignored my request but went on to charge me full price for the right product.

The CVS Minute clinic should be renamed the sixty minute clinic. Go inside, wait in line, be told you have to go outside to the drive through. Be told your appointment was cancelled. Make another appointment the next week. Come back to the drive through. Go to the second lane. Be told this lane is not functioning. Go back around to the first lane. What is wrong with CVS? Why can't they communicate with their customers? Even the simplest things, like the drive through lane isn't working????

The Farmacy hours are not in complaint.The sign on the window says lunch time 1:30-2:00, I arrive at 1:20 and it was already closed.Very low inventory.

If you have to go to this pharmacy I feel sorry for you not only do they not offer drive thru service they are bad at what they do and don't know insurance regulations piss poor customer service

So I had to use the restroom. But they had an out of order sign . Which was not true. It work just fine . The water fountains were covered by plastic waste bags. At least one employee was nice enough to to let me use the restroom because he saw I was pregnant.

This Pharmacy used to be one of the best ones in town for customer service since the population the assisted was mostly older. Now the new staff they have here is horrible very rude very unprofessional you will wait in line half an hour once you get there they won't be able to assist you with your question or help and that's just a waste of time. If you get your refills here avoided do not recommend it. If you try calling, you will be on hold with good elevator music for half an hour and still nobody will answer the phone. Tried calling them four times waited half an hour every time and did not get through. My wife had to go in person since nobody would answer the phone. She waited half an hour and still they were not able to asist her in looking up any refills for my medication since she was on the wrong line. Look for somewhere else Safeway might be better choice.
