“Update: Little by little, PenFed is improving. I was there yesterday and the newly hired staff are now trained and handled my two transactions quickly and professionally (and one involved a trust and was fairly complicated.) Also, PenFed is slowly fixing the glitches in their new online system.Previously, I wrote: In the year since PenFed took over AllUS credit union, I've had nothing but hassles and headaches. Their online system is filled with glitches. For instance, I renamed my accounts to distinguish them and they constantly revert back to numbers. Another example, I linked an external account and their online system deleted the link, twice! And inside the building, the tellers are not near as nice and competent as the personnel that AllUS had. As soon as I have the time, I'm shifting my money elsewhere.”
