Just Got Back From COSTCO And Bought Myself The Battery Jumpstart And Charging Station By CAT...!!! I Have Been Having Issues With My Pickup Truck Losing Power. Have Been Left Stranded On The Side Of The Highway As Well As Other Places. Having To Call My Roadside Assistance And Get Either A Tow Or A Jumpstart..!!! So Now I Got My Own For Less Than $100...!!!! The Guy That Checks Your Receipts On Way Out Say's To Me " You Got Your Own Triple A Now" "HUH" I Didn't Quite Understand At That Exact Moment, And He Repeats "You Now Have Your Own Triple A" It Finally Came To Me...!!! Tiii Tiiii Riiiii....!!!!! I Chuckled And Replied "Yes, I Now Have My Own Triple A...!!!!" LMAO...!!! Here's To Hoping This Things Worth Every Penny...!!!!!

Costco is great and all, however, bring back the combo pizza already. They took it out during covid and didn't bring it back. I'd really appreciate it amd won't ever buy just a pepperoni pizza!

Can't find anything bad to say about Costco. For one, you can return unwanted items any time, no questions asked. Second, the items they sell seem to have been vetted for quality, that is, Costco does not seem to sell cheap-made stuff that will break quickly (Hmmm! Only exception was their kayak with plastic parts that broke quickly but I could return it.). I found their customer service always courteous and efficient. I had a problem with $75 coupons I never received from their partner selling iPhones in the store. That partner shut down overnight but Costco stood behind it and gave me a check for that amount. And of course, their prices are very competitive. Even Amazon does not beat their prices. The store I go to had posted over 20 employees having worked there for over 25 years. Impressive!

If you don't sell beer at the self checkout line there should be a sign saying so. Similarly, your employees shouldn't give paying customers attitude for not knowing this. This is bad customer service that sends life long members away.

This lady with light skin and dark hair who works where they give the pizza and hotdogs is always so rude. She's always rude and not just with me but others as well. This one time this lady even told her if she's in a bad mood not to be bitchy to the customers. My mom went today and the lady was nothing but rude to her and this other lady as well, she really gotta chill tf out cause I will be telling her s*** next time

I really do hate to complain, but this Costco made me wait 30+ minutes for a pizza. What really grinded my gears was that I waited in a long line and when I made it to the front they said I was in the wrong line. There are no signs distinguishing what food is handed out from each line. Come on Costco smh.

Average Costco. 1.50 hotdogs as everywhere is, 9.98 for a good 18 inch pizza and self serve checkouts. It's your average Costco and they did a good job at keeping it like every other Costco. Just wish they had gas here.

DO NOT use the food court self-service kiosk I am warning you now! It gets crazy busy and you'll be waiting a loooooong time for your food, especially at this location. You'll get your food faster if you just wait in the regular pay line with the cashier. The people working at the food court don't have a good system when gathering the orders, from the kiosk which delays you from getting your food quick! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it took them awhile to get it to me, average pizza but what do you except for $9!?! They are obviously frozen and not prepared. But my review is mostly about my experience and not about the food. Once again DO NOT use their food court self-serve kiosk, you will be waiting for a long time for your food!!

Sylvia S at the Returns department was absolutely helpful. She helped me fix a return online that seemed irretrievable. She was persistent in helping me so she offered to call the online return and took ownership of my return from there. Customer service at its finest!!! Great attitude and was very pleasant

So, this is for the optical department, not sure of her name, but she is young looking and has dark hair, when I approached to get help, she seemed as if she already didnt want to help... as she started to figure out what it was i was doing she began to be find new ways to not help... now I do not have a membership I have purjased and ordered glasses for years there with no membership, once i was never told I needed one. I did get my eye exam done there and was never told nothing when it came to ordering glasses... well she insisted on emphasizing how it's against policy and I do thank her for "making this exception one time", but she literally left me there to try and figure things out, I asked for help finding a specific size frame and all she said was "you can choose from those three areas there" and then turned back to her computer, note I am jot wearing glasses, and she has seen how bad my prescription is, now im just grabbing whatever I can find... it was uncomfortable and the customer service was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. She was not helpful and made me feel unwelcomed. Costco employees have never tteated me in such a manner. She should really be given an update on customer service. I had my prescription, and made the entirety process easy, and yet she still couldn't offer any sort of assistance... worst experience ever.

i went to costco yesterday and ordered pizza. The pizza had a white small hair in the pepperoni. Disgusting .. To the person with white hair working their please use a fricken hair net that's disgusting .. Also the employees at costco working the clothing aisle always have a rude face and look you down .
