Had a 10 appointment didn't get loaded until next day. Very poor business. Never called to inform drivers that they closed for the night.

This place always take multiple hours to load my trailer. That's only if they let me check in. More often than not, they refuse to check me in after an hour past the appointment time. Because this place is almost always the last pickup on my routes, this happens often. They drag your feet and offer no empathy. Their bathroom is a plastic tub and their parking yard is a muddy lot. Avoid this place if you can. If you can't, cancel your plans and settle in. You're going to be there for a while...

APP: 3PM / Check in: 2PM / Out: 12AMNo more than 1h earlier check in. Park at designated area and walk to shipper to check in and get the assignment door. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. But as a typical Salinas cooling, you waste a lot of hours to loading you.

If you are into being extorted for money this is the place to come to. They wanted a light weight and heavy weight on their scale at 10.00 per weigh and when we didn’t have any cash( and they don’t take a card) they refused to even tell us what the weight was before we left loaded at the facility. The people working here are VERY rude and could actually use some schooling in how to speak English. I’ll be checking on who to report them to with the government

Very congested place. New Driver's plz take extra care while backing and pulling out.Some time they call you earlier and then stop you on gate.
