“The foos working on the night of Friday 11/25 gave the best service I've ever experienced in any clothing store. The place was packed and I still felt like I was getting lots of individual help and attention, and they were all very relaxed the whole time. “It's truly an incredible store. At home, when I shop this store, I am ignored. But this store is so much nicer to shop at. Team members are really well trained to make customers feel at home. “Working in retail is a challenge job. Like many customer service jobs, there is no tips involved whatsoever unlike every restaurant now a days. (Starbucks, Panera bread, etc.) Nonetheless, the Hollister at Salinas Mall is a great place to shop. They provide good customer service and people just need to understand that the associates job isn't easier than anyone else's. Talking to customers all day can take a toll on a person. We all have good and bad days. So far I've had a great experience at Hollister Co. in Salinas & I will continue to shop there. Unlike American Eagle, I never get greeted there.”
