I'm embarrassed to say I may have had a few too many cinnabons while living in Salinas. That may explain why I needed to buy larger pants. In fact, it may have been an addiction. But none the less, this place makes for great desserts!!! No matter whether you opt for those mini cinnabons, or go whole hog and get the large roll with extra creamy topping on top, add some nuts too, and your mouth will begin to beg for more. In fact, I never left hungry, and I always had to take some home for a midnight snack!!!

Very yummy fresh, frosty, chewy cinnamon rolls! Been going here since I was a kid. Great service. Prices are ok. Lovely new products to try not just Cinnamon rolls now! Truly amazing and delicious chain. ?

After waiting nearly 15 minutes in line to place my order I requested the 6 pack for 21.99 the cashier refused to sell me the item because they were out of the Boxes, I asked if I could get a smallbox with 4 in and the 2 other on a different Box to make it a 6-pack and they refuse ,after requesting to ask the manager she came out and said in the rudely manner that she could not do that, And there was nothing she could do about it, I decided to go with 2 of the 4 packs and almost paid $40 for my oder, When I got to the table I noticed that my Cinabon's were cold so I went back and asked the manager if I could get hot ones and she refused again, She said that I was getting a good deal because those are old cinabons So I asked her what did she mean by old Cinabon's and she said that they were cheaper because they were a day old so I said to her that I did not wanted old bread because it does not say anywhere on the menu that they are old and she said that it also does not say on the menu that they have to be hot ad im still requesting it, I did not like the attitude that she gave me And the way she treated me in front of all the customers and employees she is the manager and she is there to resolve a problem not to create more, I requested a refund and she said she would gladly give me one as she could not do anything else for me, i did not like her attitude, i drive 50min or more in traffic just to buy a cinabon and this is not the first time that something like this happens, last time i had to drive back because they dump the leftovers from the pecans on top of my cinabon and it was super salty and i still decided To come back but this time would be the last time that I drive 50 minutes if not more to this place . As a manager she needs more training and set a good example for her employees, and the menu needs to say that those cinabons are a day old and let customers decide if they want them like that or not, i have bought day old items before and there is nothing wrong with that but what i do not agree on is her attitude and the treatment she gives her customers. I would give this a -5 if i could.

I was given raw dough in a box. The manager tried to convince me that it was edible. Disgusting. Get it together Cinnabon cause y'all just tried to tell me to eat raw dough, with only A REFUND. What in the inconvenience is this. This is literally Plato.

On more than one occasion they have overcharged me and sent me scraps instead. Today I was charged 17 bucks and my order was completely wrong. They never called to say they were out of what I ordered, which was impossible. They open at 12 and i ordered at 1. Do these pictures look like a pecan caramel bun and a churro sandwich?

I went in today to purchase a box of 6 rolls and the employee said a 30 min wait. So we waited the 30 mins and went back and weren't ready, then they said 10 mins. We left and went back 10 mins later for them to to say 5 mins. Terrible!! When letting the employee know how long I was waiting for they just turned around. Terrible customer service.
