It is very bad attention from the man who will have accounts, they do not notify you of the requirements and they act as if we had all their time and they only attend to you for appointments, it was a very bad experience

Places is nice, great service, ATMs work fine but sometimes they'll be out of service. But there's another ATM inside of safeway if you really need to take out money.

Just used the atm at this branch took my deposit but didn't enter my account. It had a different end sequence than usual. The atm has not been working to good for the last month but this is unexceptable. Chase needs make this right.

Went in the week of June 8 because we needed to close my brother in laws account since he passed away. They were giving me the run around but after I told them that I had already spoke to Chase and they gave me the name of the documents that I needed. So finally they let me talk to a bank specialist who told me that we had to schedule an appointment for after 40 days of his passing. I said that's fine my mother in law left her name and number and said she would get a call as the 40 days got closer. Well those 40 days came and went and guess what no call. So since I live in Texas I started calling the bank and of course no answer and no way of leaving a message. I called multiple times a day for a week. So today July 6th at 10:30am my mother in law goes in to schedule an appointment and they tell her everyone is busy and they that they will call her after 12:30pm. It's very frustrating getting the runaround. My mother in law lost her son and we are getting no help to get his account resolved.

Usually I come into to make deposits and service is pretty quick but my most recent visit I needed help with a stolen debit card issue they told me to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come in, so I said alright I can wait and once they came in they said "I'll be right with you" sure thing you know so I wait a few more minutes and finally they come around I explain to them whats going on and guess what? They just put me on the phone with someone else. You know if they were going to do that I might as well just stayed home to make the phone call, the whole reason I came out to the branch was to talk to a real person...

Today, i decide to open a credit card, and like always they are understaffed. I sign in and a lady comes up to me and tells me, only one banker is avaible. She then tells me to either make an appointment or come another day. Horrible customer service, ive been to other branches and i sign in and get called in right away withouth any issues. i will make sure not to come again
