Worst experience I've had with a bank in my whole life. I'm strongly considering shutting down my account with them and going somewhere else. I went in last Tuesday to tell them my debit card was about to expire and I needed a new one. They shipped a new one to an old address and I told them I have a new address now so they made an order there instead. I asked them if my current card would still work and the teller flat out said "Yes." So I tried to spend it somewhere else and I got declined. So I went back to this bank and someone else explained to me that my old card wouldn't work anymore. I told her that the other girl who helped me said it would still work. They said the new card would arrive in 3-5 business days. So it's been 5 business days and it doesn't show up. So I go back in and ask about it and they said the card didn't get shipped for another two days so it'll take longer to arrive. They advised about using Apple Pay for now, but I said I can't use that to buy something online or to use Venmo. The only other option to get it sooner was to get it by UPS which is still going to take two or three days. But what really bothered me was that I was talking to two different people for most of this conversation and multiple times I had to tell them to speak up because I couldn't hear them. Since we're all in masks, I know it can be hard to hear, but that's why we need to speak up! They're sitting far away behind glass windows and wearing masks so it's hard to hear. I had to put my ear against the window the whole time because they just refused to talk louder and they were mumbling so much. I just wish they had told me when I came in last week that they were going to shut down my old card and they could send me a new one by UPS sooner, but they waited until this whole thing happened to tell me this. This was the most unpleasant experience I've had with a bank in my whole life. I'm strongly considering shutting down my account with them and going somewhere else. When I visit there, I use the ATMs in front. Most of the timethere is no waiting. The only inconvenience is the lack of parking. When it is busy.

Customer service here is terrible. The banker Jose L Martinez was 0 help. My husband and I had been having troubles getting a new debit card so we came in to get help. Jose told us to just call the 1800 number or order a card through the app, after we told him we had had no luck and we wanted him to help us. My husband explained we had tried that and that we just wanted some in person help. At this point Jose huffed and said we would have to sanitize his station and if we wanted to wait he would help us after. We told him we would wait. It really get like he was doing anything to avoid helping us. After we got sat with him he said "you really need to work with me, just request a card on the app" when we told him that hadn't worked he told us we must have done something wrong and that it was super simple. We didn't appreciate being talked down to and especially didn't feel like he was very willing to help us out since he did everything in his power to avoid it. Pretty outraged by the whole incident. My husband was wanting to switch banks after it.

Worst customer service had an appointment at 3 pm with service advisor Raul had 2 ppl that arrived after me helped I waited patiently 30 minutes after that he declined to help me because my I'd was expired when 2 weeks before they took my ID if I would have been told the first time I needed my updated I'd which I'm waiting for I would by all means understand I politely asked if someone could bring me another form of I'd after I had been waiting for about 30 min after my appointment he told me rudely no I have another appointment worst customer service ever definitely so disappointed in chase been banking for over 5 years with them

If you are handicap, they make you wait outside. They have no separate line for Handicap People.

Great customer service!! The ATM was working fine. The outside looks brand new and an overall great environment and experience. Good job Chase.
