It took me nearly 30 minutes with stops and lights just to get to this bank. Why was this bank not shut down or any other bank but instead the one on East alisal perhaps because the majority clients are Latinos , and Latinos complain the least I could just imagine if this branch or the one in Creekbridge or north main would have shut down all hell would have broke loose .keep in mind it took me nearly 30 minutes with out traffic just imagine with traffic .

This is my first time at this branch. Upon entering, I was able to speak with a teller that directed me back to a young lady about setting a new account. I was assisted by Jose E who helped me open an account. He was super cordial and explain everything that I needed know. I feel that this is going to be a good relationship over my last bank. On a side note: This branch is super busy and they have multiple new accounts representatives and loan officers that are able to assist and at least four to five tellers on the line. The bullet proof glass windows are impressive.

Been breaking bills for weeks and I had no problems. Staff talking about policy this and that we been following policy. But seems like they follow ceo policy. No more they want people to open account so they can charge and over charge when deposit do not go to account. Bad company to place money to and they have lack of trust. Thank you a child of hades.

This branch is a joke. 9 times out of 10 their ATMs aren't working. Maybe it's because they are so incredibly old. When they are working it takes forever to do a transaction. After hours you are taking your life in your hands because the ATMs in the outer lobby are behind an entrance door that isn't locked and doesn't have an entry system that requires a card to enter. I use this branch on my way to work or on the way home. The branch near my home was recently closed. This leaves only 2 branches for the entire city of about 350,000 residents. I'm thinking of transferring all of my accounts to another back if things don't improve soon.

All the employees are not trained and unprofessional. One took a photo copy of my drivers license then put it in a desk drawer. Totally illegal! Very poor service. Ignorant staff. Don't bank here. I see this bank as falling soon. Take your money out. A friend had a safety deposit box for years and this branch opened it, got the wrong box. Did not keep accurate records. They don't have proper trained staff. Stupid and not capable of doing their job right.

Had an excellent experience at this location been to at least 2 Chase banks in Salinas and they were so rude and not helpful at all . From the start when I walked into this location they were so welcoming and helpful. Big thank you to Xitlali Lopez for being so helpful right when I started my meeting with her she was so sweet and ready to help with whatever I needed . Came in to open an account & Xitlali was very helpful with that and had an excellent conversation with her as well . Overall I was ready to be disappointed when I walked in because of my other experiences with other chases but in this case this chase did not disappoint . This is my go to chase for now on , came in to open an account and came out feeling very satisfied.

Really Chase? Really!!!Drove all the way to south salinas to use the drive thru atm only to pull up to a janky ripped up sign that its out of order. What happened to service standards? To downtimes and availability because it didn't appear to just be down for an hour. Anyway, another reason why my recent switch to Wells Fargo feels right!

This bank's customer service sucks. We show up to see if we can get a situation handled with a personal account. Wasn't greeted for 10 mins. Some woman comes out which I'm assuming is their "Branch Manager", she's the one with the white shirt, brown hair, and shoulder length bob. She comes out asking us if we been helped. No, we haven't been helped. We haven't been greeted for over 10 mins. We explained we needed to speak to a banker about our personal account. She told us to have a seat, and someone will assist us.Then some blonde comes over, and tells us we needed an appointment. I said, "Ummm, no. We were told we will be assisted."It wasn't until Martin Bravo, took him upon himself to help us. We will see how this turns out.

The worst bank in the world.
They are thieves and the bankers and tellers are rude.
Don't really go there, they will rob you.

I am no longer with Chase Bank but I went inside the bank at this location, and asked for 3 rolls of quarters. The next day I opened the wrapper and discovered that there were two 5 cent coins in replacement for the two 25 cents. Chase Bank cheated me for 40 cents, and it does not sound like a big deal moneywise, but the ethics of it speaks louder. A bank is not allowed to make mistakes and if that was a practical joke, and not even a mistake, we have serious problems. We're leaving our lifelines (money) with painseeking dishonest or neglectful employees. I'm glad I am no longer with Chase. Lord knows what they are capable of doing if they can cheat you and get away with it. Quarters these days are a hassle to find. Knowing it's a hassle, Chase Bank somehow sneaks two 5 cents in a roll of quarters, and called it a day. At the end of the day, comfy managers and iffy employees make Chase Bank an App only bank like Chime. ? I see YouTube ads for Chase moble bank. I bank with rather conservative bank now, and they mean business. My bank App is to keep me on my toes and not for exploitation. I won't recommend banking with Chase. If you want a moble bank, there are so many to choose from. Varo bank, Lily, Chime, Dave, Fidelity Investments, Netspend etc. No need to pick Chase.

Always super helpful. Remembers their returning customers. Actually helps you instead telling you "do it from the app" i live on the other side of town with a Chase Bank right next to me but I believe south main is worth the drive and time. Thank you
