Want repairs done? Do them yourself. Chuck doesn't care and doesn't care who knows that. I rented for years before it got to be too much. Starting with repairs, the repair people take hours to do a marginal job. When they go for parts, and you have too stay there to wait for them to return, hopefully you have something to do because they do not come back quickly I had my own wildlife preserve because the house was not critter proof, and refer to repairs above. What I could do worked partially, but I shared the house with a bird for months. They telephone system they installed didn't work, so I paid somebody competent to do it. And Chuck. If his lips are moving, he is either making a promise he has no intention to keep, or just outright lying. Very low credibility

I love love love our rental. I would live here forever if I get the choice. Chuck was a pleasure to deal with and go through the leasing process. Not every rental is perfect but this one is absolutely perfect for us, it needed some attention which they did some tasks and we did the some on our own to ensure it felt like home. We had an issue first thing this morning before their office opened and they still got back to us before they opened and got someone over almost immediately! Very impressed and will continue to happily rent. I would gladly recommend renting from them.

As soon as we e-mail Century 21 A Property Shoppe, we got a quick response to view the property. We met Chuck at the property. Chuck was very informative and friendly. We then submitted the application on to Sara Monighetti. She provided us with an outstanding service. Not only was she quick to respond but she made our hunt for our new home a lovely experience. She explained all the information thoroughly and was extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend her and the rest of the staff!

Talked with Barry Freeland and he was very rude and not professional when I returned his call. I deal with a lot of agents and this one is very rude and not people friendly. He should not be in the people business. All others beware of Mr. Rude.

This people are crooks and liars. All they cre about. Is there commission . If you are looking for a home I strongly suggest that you find other realtors. I have to pick a start in order to post my review. If they had negative stars to pick I would pick -10 stars.
