My daughter learned to swim here as did my wife and her sister. Great staff and always helpful with any questions you may have.

One of the only places with a full Gym and Full Swimming pool. This place has everything related to keeping active in Salinas. However, they are very strict and very expensive. They do have scholarship program for those in need and want to use these services. Salinas Citizen appreciate what they do. But on the more expensive side for their services. Other gyms in town have the same services for much cheaper.

Horrible and rude staff for the children's summer camp program.

They have been making changes that makes it a bad place to exercise. Instructors are good, management is poor. Cramed all the bikes and weight lifting equipment into the small exercise room.
