Horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers they are just Money hungry. Rude employees. I made a mistake and got negative I paid what I owed, but they continued to charge me a courtesy fee of 32$ just because that’s how they make their money. Even if you’re struggling to put the funds in there, they don’t care as long as they’re getting money. Terrible bank.

Have been banking here for almost 20 years now and am taking my money elsewhere. First they changed locations & now it's impossible to access the ATM after hours and on weekends. They advertise it's open 24/7 but the doors lock at 5 and waiving my debit card at the access point doesn't unlock the door contrary to what the website says. Today I went in to deposit a cashiers check from Bank of America in to my secondary savings account. It's made out to my daughter who is a CHILD, it's money from a Bank of America savings account my late mother left to my daughter. We have always deposited our children's money in to the secondary savings account (it's their account but their names aren't on it). All of a sudden today CCFU is refusing to allow me to deposit a "3rd party check" because my daughters name isn't on the account. That's fine, I went across town and opened my own account at another credit union and deposited the cashiers check along with my paycheck. Good riddance CCFU.

Worst bank ever. Has gone hill dramatically over the last few years, they refuse to help people and willingly screw you over. They have a higher turn over rate than a McDonald's, poor management who don't understand laws

Easy parking right out back along with the ATM that is in the pen so no one sneaking up on you . Easy to activate, I was in and out in a jiffy . -Nate

This place is interesting. I enjoy seeing a business run with such disregard for competency. I could imagine that this place could be irrelevant fairly soon.

ccfcu is not as good as they used to be. The bank atms are often not working. They act like big banks. They don't care about their customers at all. They are out for themselves only. I guess success went to their heads. And they're new app is horrible! Not community minded.

Six weeks ago my CCFCU debit card was compromised. I reported it immediately & canceled the card! Went that same day picked up the SPD report & handed it over to the teller! Filled out the appropriate paperwork! Called three times to 'follow up' on the fraud/investigation & still NO ANSWER as to what is going on!!! Very unsatisfied with their CUSTOMER SERVICE! Seriously considering closing my Accounts & my mother's account! ( Between her & my accounts withdrawals/closed accounts will be substantial)...

***Keep looking for a new credit union. This place is not as good as it once was****The new logo is sad. The old one was a reflection of the central coast and made it truly feel like a part of our community. The new logo does not feel like home. It feels like a business that doesn’t know my community. I can see that perhaps this credit union is ending its era in being my bank for the past 15 years or so. It was a really good bank.I’ve had horrible experiences lately with bankers who could not help me and a manager not knowing banking laws. This frightens me and lowers my confidence in this credit unions ability to meet my banking needs.I had a situation recently where they unnecessarily held my money for longer than they had to. They would not help me, even when I quoted banking laws off the American Banking Association website. The manager admitted he had no idea what the difference was between a regular bank and a credit union nor the structure of a credit union. They did not understand nor care about my rights nor what to do with my money. The manager even spoke with me in teenage level sarcasm. They refused to do the actions I requested them to do saying they didn’t know how or it wasn’t something they did when they’ve done them before and they were within my rights.I will be pulling my account soon. CCFCU is changing. It’s not the credit union I absolutely fell in love with when I first signed up 15 years ago.I don’t feel comfortable having my money somewhere that does not understand banking policies and laws. When I told the manager that I wished to close my account due to their service he responded “go ahead…”. I felt like he didn’t care whether I came or went. That is not the friendly caring customer service I’ve received from CCFCU all these years. I’m truly disappointed.
