Went in to get gas and saw that they sell Tamale's for $2. We tried the Chicken Chile Verde ones at the clerks recommendation and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. Can't wait until dinner so I can try the jalapeño and cheese one!

The Breakfast Burrito here is amazing. Best on the peninsula, hands down. From the Chorizo, bacon or cactus option to the chopped onion & cilantro to the pinto beans to actual heft of the burrito, it's close to perfect. You can see the lovely ladies scrambling the eggs with the different proteins. Yes, it's a stand in a gas station. Yes, I stop here every time I work in Salinas. Yes, the price of the burrito is $5. These burritos are made with love and purpose. I am sure the farmers that surround the station are grateful for the special food served there. They also have multiple varieties of tamales and chicken wings.

BEST burritos, chicken wings, and Mexican food ever. This place has very generous prices, extremely kind staff, and is just an overall great experience.

The reason why I rate them is for their randomness. The girls at the taqueria stand where super nice and had delicious carne de al pastor..... they sell gas too. Don't expect a 5 star gas station expect a "thank God" there's a gas station here :) .

I've only been here once. I will not be back. I arrived at 7:30am to get gas. Took my card in to pay - paid $30 to get gas. Went back to my car and the pump doesn't work. I go back inside and the clerk behind the counter and I go round and round about how she refunded me, magically, without my card present. We attempted to communicate for fifteen minutes. I have no idea whether she wanted me to pull to another pump? If all pumps weren't working? I still don't know. I got fed up since I was now going to be late to work, and left. I went down the street to the Valero. Had a full tank in less than five minutes. I was, thankfully, only five minutes late to work, but regardless, I will never return to this place. I'm sure it has it's redeeming qualities, but after this experience I won't waste my time there again.
