The two stores I’ve delt with both are sad. Cannacruz is the same as east of Eden. They only have tiny little buds. At least you can smell the product at e of d. Cannacruz you are buying it sealed in a package. That’s not right. You open it when you get home and the smell is not what you want. That’s like extortion. First time there wow I got a 1 cent 1 g. Sample and it smelled way better than the two different kind I paid top dollar for. There web site shows pictures of bud in clear jars that look like you could smell the product. That should be false advertising. Not a good way to do business. I give them 1 star. In Oregon it’s way different you can see and smell the product . California hurting for certain.

In November last year I went to this dispensary in SalinasCaI was with a bud tender I didn't have enough by like three bucks so I told her do you guys have a military discountand now I told her that I would go to another place and get it for cheaperShe said I BLOWI came to the store today March and they told me I was banned I said why they said that when you were in here you touched the tender and she balled up in the cornerthat never happened I'm so angry and frustrated right now all they said was can email them so I did and nowI'm waiting frustrated I'm a military veteran and I recommend not coming here at all.Being accused of a crime 4 months later.The bud tender that accuse me of this today had purple or blue dye hair, Dang I suggest you skip this bud tender you may be accused of a crime.Nothing less then her termination in my opinion. Security would have delt with me then why 4 months latter I'm hearing of this???Help others with another review

I used to frequent ths place weekly... I started going back a few weeks ago for the 1st time in about a year plus... This place hasn't changed... Unfortunately the same exact reasons I stopped going here, is the same reason I'm here now writing this review.I let it go in the past but I'm sick and tired of ordering online and having to wait FOREVER. Watching customers walts in and order in person and than get their orders and leaving..... Meanwhile I'm still waiting for my order and finally I do end up getting it... after watching various customers order in person and receiving their stuff happily as I'm still patiently waiting.Today I checked in and heard my named called for an online order right off the bat. I'm like cool! I get there and no one wants to help me..... SO I wait... and wait... finally I get help and am told "Sorry about the wait" They know what they did to me thats why they apologized.I'm just over this place all together stay away if you want consistent, decent customer service and don't want to be avoided on purpose! Especially when you want to make an online order so you can get in and out quick to save time and it just makes things worse and the wait even longer than a walk in... I digress

Finally a dispensary! If you would have told younger me that one day we would be able to walk into a dispensary and get whatever we needed, I would have told you that your crazy out your mind. I know we have another dispensary in town, which I haven’t been to myself but I don’t hear much good about it. So once I came to CannaCruz I felt no need to go else where. They are perfect, for me that is.

My husband has been encouraging me to try the different dispensaries out so we stopped here on a Friday afternoon. It was packed and has a very confusing layout. The security at the cash register was over the top and made me worry about how safe the location was. Service was super slow and I waited 15 minutes for my order. Once I was called up they went over my items as usual and I asked where my new customer freebie was. The cashier acted weird and went to get it and then finished ringing me up I asked why the feeebie wasnt on the receipt. She acted weird again, left the cashiers are wandered around and then disappeared. The store manager came up and did something to the register to add my freebie and the cashier came back. I was trying to use my debit card but had an issue so was juggling my purse and wallet to pay cash. After paying she handed me the bag with the top double folded closed. I left and hubby drove us home. The bag was completely closed the entire time. I opened the bag in the house and low and behold no freebie also no receipt which is weird because I always get a receipt. The freebie was a $1 item but getting ripped off like that in plain sight was pretty low. The whole place had a very intense vibe that was uncomfortable. Do not recommend and will never go back.

horrible service! staff is always high, security staff acts like they are salinas PD! put in an online order and came two hours later to get it and was harassed and told to leave because I asked to sit down as Im disabled. don't waste your time here place is horrible in a horrible location parking sucks, and they attract the worst ghetto thug customers in the area for some reason. one plant or east of Eden ate a much better option than this trash place. stay far away!
