They did an amazing job. I took my car here after I got rear ended. They washed my car after fixing her & made her look so pretty. She looked like a brand new car after they were finished with her. Sergio is the man. He walks you through the entire process step by step. Once your insurance sends the info over, he'll give you the estimate and timeline. He will show you images of any damages, and let you know which parts are needed. They took good care of my car, I had an issue with my front bumper, they had it looking like new. The staff is also really friendly as well.

After checking out a few other local body shops I chose Cal Collision to do the body work needed on my 4Runner. Sergio explained the entire process thoroughly to me from start to finish so that there were no surprises which the other shops did not. Cal Collision exceeded all my expectations and Sergio was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them and will be back if I ever need any more work done!

The customer service was excellent. From the moment I went in for an estimate to when I picked up my car when it was done, the only thing I can say is EXCELLENT! Sergio really went above and beyond what I was expecting from an auto body shop. He did more than my insurance company. He contacted the other person’s insurance company and stayed on the line until he got all the pertinent information. Thank you Sergio for all you did. Sergio at Cal Collision was a true God send in our time of need! He did more than just repair our car beautifully in lightning speed, but he went way above and beyond! He immediately took pictures of our damage and didn’t stop until he spoke with someone from insurance that day to start work ASAP! My husband and I are beyond impressed with his kindness!
