We actually had a really great experience with this company. The owner is really nice and was able to schedule our delivery of items quickly (military move). The crew that showed up to drop off our items was awesome! We had 3 guys here and they were super easy to talk to and very hard working. Definitely one of the nicest moving crews we have had. Thank you for all your hard work - working in the moving industry isn't easy, and you are so appreciated.

Out of 4 moves, 8 companies, this is by far the worse I've ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, lazy, and will try to pack as little as possible. I needed to ask them several times to pack certain items such as rugs or curtains. I just received my stuff and I'm missing half the parts of the bed frame so I can't even put it together. Not to mention my TV stand and other items that they took apart are either all broken or missing screws and pieces. I have no idea how they still have a contract.

Absolutely terrible job packing our house up. The packers did a horrible job. Recommend closely monitoring the workers. Use a different company if you have the option.

The team leader of the crew that packed would argue with us and yell at his crew. It was obvious they didn't respect him. He must have thought they needed to conserve packing materials, because he wouldn't let them wrap or box so many items. This was a military move, so they'd be fully reimbursed, I don't understand why he wouldn't wrap things we wanted wrapped! For example, he was leaving my golf clubs and bag loose and unwrapped, they stacked laundry baskets and filled them with stuff (but didn't wrap), furniture was disassembled but the pieces weren't wrapped together (leaving excessive scuffs, scratches, and dents), pretty much everything in the garage was tagged separately and unwrapped/unboxed. We're missing lots of different hardware to assemble furniture (including crib bolts). We're submitting a claim for $2,000 in damages. Also, the crew that came out refused to keep their masks on.

Good luck getting your stuff in one piece. I am currently in a legal dispute to recover cost for a broken TV, grill, chest freezer, and surround sound speakers. Also, they packed our clothes in the same boxes as auto fluids.

My husband is a van operator from Hilldrup Moving in Stafford Virginia. The original agency refused our load. Bronco accepted our load at last minute. When we arrived, the load was already cleared to unload. Clean warehouse and professional. Thank you

Only moving service to use if you're in the Salinas or Monterey area! PROs: I know this company has a bad review from 2019, but my families experience was above 5 stars. We're military and received last-minute orders and had only 4 days to pack out 11,000 lbs from our 4 bedroom home. This company came and did a survey on a Sat and prepped, packed, labeled, inventoried, and crated our entire home in 9 hours! The crew leader "Fred" was very professional and laid out a very solid plan for his team of 5 to follow to accomplish this task during the initial tour of our home in the morning. Each crew member was professional and very understanding of my families packing wishes. Please tell each person what is extremely valuable and fragile and they will pack and label it to your wishes. We have a few thousand pounds of antiquities to include a 400lb, 20-foot long wooden bookcase from France that they hand packed each piece and then built a custom crate for to ensure it was given max protection. Everyone was very polite and worked extremely hard to accommodate my families truncated timetable. You can list as many High-Value Items that you want. We had 2 pages of them! CONs: As the customer, you need to tell the crew member very detailed instructions on what and how you need your things packed. If you give no guidance, then expect average detail while having your items packed. Don't even bother researching other companies. Use this company regardless of the competition!

The packers showed up and smelled like weed. Our stuff is completely trashed once we got it. We have items that where packed and have gone missing. I caught one of the employees stealing a lighter at that. I ended up saying he could have it and that was my mistake, our antique items were have asses packed, we were told that we could only claim one high value item. There was items also left unpacked at our house that we had to throw away. They left trash all in the house boxes etc. more pics to add

It never fails to amaze how stupid it is to show lame bad manners in a truck with a company name on it, and yet it happens all the time. Professional drivers do not block crosswalks on the bike trail while waiting for a light to change, but that's where your trucks were on 26 December, 2018 at Del Monte Ave and Casa Verde in Monterey. Do you save money hiring unskilled people? A little courtesy goes a long way in this world, too little goes just as far in the other direction.
