This is a bad company. They do not operate their own network but, instead, are a reseller of T-Mobile. They are really the worst thing going in the mobile phone business. Not just this store...the whole operation. But, this store will, for sure, give you an idea of what to expect with Boost Mobile at large. It's staffed by uneducated, poorly trained and uninspired young adults who boost their minimum wage with small commissions from activating new subscribers. They could not care less about existing customers and neither does Boost. It's pointless to ask them questions and they do not have access to Boost's "systems". Their online "deals" are fraudulent and designed to drive you into one of these idiotic stores. Stay away. Go to T-Mobile directly if you want this service. Yes, it will cost more, but at least it will work and you won't have to talk to these dimwits and you won't get ripped off like you will with one of those online "deals" from Boost.

My 1st time in this store and Christian provided excellent and speedy service. I had to upgrade my sim card and have the phone set up for 4G/LTE . He answered all my questions while he was working on this.

Christian helped me fix my issue with my iPhones bad SIM card, I have been having the issue for several months and it was very frustrating. He diagnosed and fixed it within 10 minutes and I couldn’t be happier.

This situation happened at the east alisal boost mobile store, not this one. They didn't have a yelp page for the specific one I'm talking about. I walked a whole hour to get my phone activated just for this to happen. It was I recall an $80 fee to activate, and another $57 to install service. my card covered the activation fee, but got declined when I tried to purchase the monthly service. Then this lowlife was (who is described as Hispanic, wore glasses, and wore a supreme hat, mid 20s to early 30s)employee took away my phone and refused to give it back to me after I got bought the activation fee. I was extremely furious. I thought that action he made was illegal. I didn't even buy the phone from a boost mobile store, THAT PHONE WAS MY PROPERTY AND HE WOULD NOT GIVE IT BACK. He told me to just bring $50 instead of $60 to cover the the activation cost, so I came back the next day only for that same guy to ask for $60 still. I never had to deal with some uneducated and lowlife person like himself. Stop hiring these kind of people. Also your phone plan is pathetic and I'm going to switch lol.

Bad customer service, the man that seemed to be the manager was yelling and talking down to his female employee in front of all the customers. When I explained my situation he looked at me like I was stupid and said "So what was the question?" And when I tried explaining again he interrupted me and said to wait and that he would help me next. He made everyone in the store feel uncomfortable. It was a very long wait while he mistrested the other employee so we left. Never going back.

I googled Boost Mobile and this location came up. My phone broke and i needed another one. I showed up and it was closed ugh. Who closes their store for over 2 hours ? I showed up at 4:00pm , sign says they'll be closed until 6:30pm.
