I ordered a TV off Amazon and noticed a newer feature: pick up at Best Buy. Intrigued, I went for it. Everything was pretty straightforward, except that Amazon does NOT make it an easy process for the employees. This was a pleasant experience for me, but just based on my own retail working experience, it was unnecessarily complicated for them (they did not communicate this. They were lovely and patient. I just know from having been in their shoes). Amazon provides no barcode, and doesn't communicate which phone number to provide for order pickup. I got my tv and it didn't take much time, cuz the employees rocked, but I'll be avoiding that amazon to best buy option from now on. Price was the same anyway - my point is this: just get it from Best Buy if you're gonna pick it up at Best Buy.

I went for a television, I explained to the seller that I needed it to reproduce my computer screen on it, therefore it had to be a smart TV, and he sold me, I think, one of the oldest ones, which was not a smart TV, so I returned it, it bothered me that I went to ask for help because he is answering, I paid attention thinking that the seller understood what I asked and only wasted my time.
