ERICA is rude, unprofessional, and racist.Needed to verify identity. She asked if we had 2 pieces of identity proof which we did. She asked who the appointment was for...(I am Latina and my daughter half black). Once we told her it was for my daughter, she said she couldn't help us and we needed an appointment next week. She offered 1 day and 1 time slot which would not work with work schedule. She says," well what do you want me to do?" I told my daughter this is why I don't come to this branch. She proceeds to say there are 3 people in front of you and it takes over 45 minutes to call and confirm identity. That is a lie.While we were leaving the bank Erica says, "get out, leave and don't come back".We went to a different branch and we were done in 20 minutes or less. We arrived at 4:39pm and we were done at 5pm.Erica is clearly in the wrong profession. She is a HORRIBLE representation of BOA.BOA please do better. In reading reviews I see her name has come up in a negative situation before. Don't ignore her behaviors. She is being enabled to treat customers poorly.

On Thursday 8/31/2023 i walked into the Northridge Bank and attempted to withdraw some cash from my account. I slid my ATM card through there machine, entered my password and was told by the teller that my account did not come up? We did it again and she confirmed i has no account abs possibly i was using the wrong card?I went back on Friday 9/1/2023 after looking through my files and confirmed i has the right card and gathered a recent receipt from 7/28/2023 and a current statement and went back into the bank. This time i was told my account was frozen and i needed to make an appointment to speak with a representative…Being frustrated with two conflicting messages of no account and a frozen account i asked for a manager. She refused to call and I insisted and i was told to wait in the lobby. I waited for 18 minutes only to see the manager walk by several times and purposely not making eye contact with me so as not to have to speak with me!I will be closing this account and taking my money elsewhere…I did attempt to call in and complain and of course their phone system just rerouted me around to no where…Piss poor service and bank…

This is the worst Bank Of America around they have no bank tellers literally the wait here is a hour plus. Whoever runs this place needs to do some serious hiring. You suck!

Unhelpful, unreliable team. Don't schedule an appointment. Unless you like your time wasted. You will be checked in and never meet with a team member.

I waited in line 30min just to withdraw money I had no choice than to wait because it was over the limit I can take out on the ATM this bank need to hire more employees and keep their lines moving, even to make a wire transfer I had to book an app and they only had for the following week but I need to send money now not next week costumer service is good is not the employees why I gave one star is the branch they need more personal..

Dread having to go to this location but it seems to be only BofA location open on Sat. Lines are horrible, never enough teller windows open. Once a manager took my credit card payment & said she could post it since I had no transaction involving cash. I verified that she would post it that day because I didn't want to incur a late charge. She didn't post it & I had a late charge which I disputed. I don't know why BofA closed other better run branches & kept this 1 open. It's what's called customer UNservice!

1 star because they only provide 1 or 2 tellers to help a long line of customers which makes waiting times an hour to an hour and a half. It seems like They have been opening and closing the bank at what ever time they feel like. Sometimes I go to the bank and they didn't open all day.

If you bank at Bank of America check your account online daily.I made a business account cash deposit, not checks strictly cash. The teller backed out $4819 out of our account, BOA has no idea what she did with the money!!!!!!!!!!!I had to file a complaint with BOA internal fraud department, next step getting police involved.

The wait is ridiculous. The tellers have no sense of urgency. Conversation with customers have nothing to do with financial services.Avoid visiting this location if possible.

Very upset with this branch. Website says open from 10-1. There was a line forming around the bank waiting for them to open only to find out closed. Change your hours on the website. Every other bank was open except b of a. Very unprofessional.
