I just wanted to thank the banking and account management team at this location. I unfortunately have been dealing with a loss in the family and transferring proprietaries on accounts can be very troublesome and tedious. But thanks to the staff here, I has been a walk in the park. The mgmt team were very professional and made all the steps needed throughout the process very easy and were very professional in the process. I want to give a special thank you to Jesus who helped me yesterday. Thank you all !

Lines out the door and they have 3 tellers, yes I understand they need to take care of loans and what not. Just there's on one customer for that the other reps could be helping

Bank of America is pathetic/. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. Would get zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can actually do about it. Changing banks is a hassle and they don't care if you do anyways.

Never answer the phone especially when this thing with corona you’d think the phone would be more dedicated but nope I’ve never gotten an answer worst bank in Salinas

It’s insane how they have an hour long line outside of the bank in the cold and no one walking down that line to help the people. Meantime people are coming out of the bank and being sent straight to the ATM after have waiting the entire hour in line. What’s wrong with this bank?

All the branches are closed in Monterey, Seaside, and Pacific Grove. The line wraps around 3 sides of the building.

Bad service, I and my dad went and there was an old pig who yelled at my dad and at another man, they should grab the 2019 cashiers, not the new ones, the one that yelled at my dad was a new one
