We want to sing the praises of Susie, who helped us fix a problem with our credit card. She was cheerful, kind, sympathetic, and just the best we could have hoped for. She is a gem of an employee. You and your customers are lucky to have her.

I came into the this bank with the hopes of exchanging my 20 canadien loonies for greenbacks. I did not have a checking account here. However. My mother, her husband. My twin and I have recently did our banking here in the sum of over $100,00000 in the past three years. My bank card was not sufficient enough to qualify to do any kind of exchange of any currency here on this day. I couldn't change 50 pennies for two quarters nor could I change the 20 Canada for fourteen dollars U.S. and change. I asked the teller why they would not do this for me. She stated that it's because it's their policy. Unmoved, I asked her why this is their policy. She could not give me a reason and deferred me to the assistant bank manager. I got the same kinds of answers but she was a little more rude about it. She did offer me the suggestion that it would cost the bank more than twenty dollars to exchange the currency which I found to be absurd. She further suggested that if i wanted to change currencies i should go to San Jose and do it at the airport she happily suggested. It felt to me that she took joy at the kinds of ways that i could get my banking done. I protested how her solutions to my banking needs were not real solutions. It felt as if it was her time to shine by making sure i would not be completing my banking and she would be creative and succinct while she smiled. But now i needed to get out of the way because other customers needed their banking done and now I needed to leave. Not one time did the assistant bank manager nor the teller give me a valid reason why they would not exchange the Canadian currency for greenbacks. Needless to say, the way I was treated made me feel like I was not a customer but someone that they could k d treat me however they wanted and care nothing about the way I was treated. I left but returned not ten seconds later to ask the bank (assistant) manager one last question. "Is it a problem if I asked a customer here at the bank if they would exchange the Canadian money for U.S. currency. She replied that it's not ok if I asked a customer inside the bank. It would only be ok if I asked someone to do it outside of the bank. So if my mother was in line and I asked her to change loonies for dollars, the bank would refuse to do this. This kind if treatment is not okwith me and it shouldn't be with you. I'm going to revisit this bank to make sure this is the way they want to a customer whose family has done over hundred thousand dollars ao business with.

Horrible service, all banks closed in my area with no advance notice and no information to let customers know that all the banks are closed. No information about when they will reopen. I called customer service and they did not know why or until when they will be closed and to increase my daily ATM withdrawal limit which the operator did not even increase in the system, only to make me waste 45 precious minutes of my life. This was the last straw and as of today I am starting process to close my account with BOA, never again will I return to this bank. Credit unions definitely live up to customers expectations and offer more personal customer service, I will be moving my money where it really belongs.

My hour talking with this astrologer was one of the most profound experiences of my life. Read some of the reviews...I didn't see anything bad with S. Main Bank of America... Matter of fact for how busy it was on the 2nd of December things went pretty smooth...Tellers were friendly very tentative every question I had was answered politely and informative... I asked to see a manager just to test all levels...a young women by the name Lorena I believe that was her 1st name she was very friendly and polite again answered all my questions with a smile...The place was a well oiled machine... My son is about to open a bank account I will personally take him to this location... They're local hard working people that I'm sure deal with a lot... Let's cut them some slack if someone is having a bad couple of hours or day .... They're here to help us in the end...

Earlier this year, was my last visit at this branch. I had a bad customer service experience with a teller (ER) who was rude. I complained to one of the employees who claimed to be the manager and she practically ignored my complain. She said this bank never receives complaints and then she left me standing there.
