Costumer Service was horrible! I rather pay more $ somewhere else then having to deal with the worst customer service ever! They don't appreciate business..They take like 30mnts to help you out... I totally don't recommend this place

Josue C. And Daniel T did a great job maneuvering the heavy items up my steep driveway and stairs also no dings in the walls or wood floors. The guys really did a perfect job ?. I am very happy with this experience all around.

I would give it zero stars if I could . This place is a scam . I was very clear when I went into their store in Salinas . I told them I wanted a bed and they sold me a bed frame for $400 instead . When I called to ask why they denied everything. SCAM SCAM SCAM ! Beware

I ordered a dining room and a totally different one arrived. I went to talk to the manager and he claimed that it was the same even though I was showing him proof of the material and color. No ! I recommend it at all.
I ordered a dinning table and I got another one totally different, I went to talk to the manager and he assured me that it was the same, even tho I was showing him proof of the different fabric and color. I don't recommend it at all.

They were friendly at the place but the sofa bed I bought is of very poor quality, it gets damp and the mattress is full of mold. They say that my house is damp but it is the material they use that gets damp. We called after three months of having it. purchased and they say that the mattress is not covered by the warranty but the problem is the material they are using I do not recommend furniture and as a bad experience if you buy an armchair check it first because they do not take the time to check their products

I found a piece of furniture on the Ashley site for $298 and then called the store to see if they had it in stock and was told yes. After driving 40 minutes only to find that they were selling the exact same thing for over $900 +.... That type of mark up is crazy. I found the exact same thing on multiple other stores for no where near that price..... Needless to say I will never shop at Ashely Home Furniture again.

Very nice people, but at the end of the day they didn't want to give me my $ back when I canceled my order 2 days after I made the purchase. My shipment had not been processed or anything. Beware of this policy. Once you sign those papers you cannot go back. I was NOT warned about this. I was going to come back for some other deals, but never again. That was dirty foul play.

Got a wonderful couch for the Black Friday sale with an ottoman for amazing prices!! Thank you Hector T. for being so helpful and looking up the different couches and colors and ottomans we wanted. He even gave us the better deals online. Amazing customer service

Ordered a couch online (couch was $500) and I paid for the insurance ($50) and the Delivery/Setup fee ($200). In total it cost me $800.I just received the delivery confirmation call and was notified that they don’t provide a haul away service, so now, before they arrive tomorrow, I have to go rent a U-Haul and dispose of it.If Ashley’s is not going to provide Haul away services, then they should only be $100 for Delivery/Setup.
