“So far I have been here for 2 months , I have had a great experience living here , no noisy neighbors, no issues with my apartment so far, love the location , have had a few birthday party’s at the pool , gym is nice has everything I need , clean , quiet and spacious.the only issue I run into is that my assigned parking spot is very hard to get into , the car next to us is on a free parking spot and has not moved since we have been here , you can tell it’s broken down and it’s just parked there, I don’t think it’s ok to have a car parked for months without being moved and making it hard for me to park when I park in my assigned parking spot .other than this issue I enjoy living here.”

“I moved in on Nov 24 2023 and I love it here ! ? ? it’s so peaceful I love the community everything ! I have not had not 1 bad experience tbh it’s amazing ! My tours were always amazing the process of moving in was so easy everyone replied so fast ! And even now any questions I have they answer quickly and help me understand any question I have .I love it ”

“Management is super friendly. Maintenance answers quickly and solves issues in a fast time manner. Community events arranged by management on holidays such as horror movie showings on Halloween. And is a quiet complex community.”
“Fernando and the maintenance staff do a wonderful job at taking care of your apartment needs. The guys are awesome. They do a great job with the trash as well. I see a lot of residents throwing trash wherever which is not ok.”
