So much to say:It is super quiet,well taken care of,extremely safe. have NEVER had any problems with security to either my apartment or my car. Susan,the manager,and her staff,do an exceptional job of meeting my needs. for example,my fridge went out one morning,by the time i got home from work i had a new fridge! I highly recommend to everyone to make this your new home!”

When I was looking for an apartment, I did extensive search and visited apartments. I talked to residents and hands down, this was the only complex where everyone said they like living here. Debbie, the office manager, continues to go above and beyond. She stayed late to show me model apartment. She was attentive to my needs and helped me pick out the best apartment for me even though it was cheaper than other ones. The apartment was clean and ready. When I noticed issues, she immediately worked with maintenance, Fernando, to get it fixed. Both her and Fernando have highest level work ethics.
One time I reported to her at 9pm how someone blocked the road for me to park my car. She immediately emailed me security info and they guided me on what to do.
I love being able to walk in the complex even after dark. It’s right next door to Safeway and Target, so easy to pick up what I need.
There is safety here - I believe there are cops who are residents here. So people can’t get away with being trouble makers for long.
The apartment here is well maintained, it’s got good light, big windows, working equipment, safe, quiet, clean, with people who take excellent care of the place. So far, my experience has been amazing. I highly recommend this place.”
