Decently priced vet near my house. Phone calls prior to appt a little excessive and annoying.

Had a pet emergency and they took me in. I did wait a while but they were just overloaded with emergencies that day. Overall they are attentive and happy to help diagnose your pet and recommendations were clear.

They were amazing when my dog passed away. So caring and nice. They have taken care of all my dogs for 10+ years and they are the best!

I arrived on time and 40 minutes in they say that they need to reschedule me, meanwhile they were taking care of the people that came after me. I’m a single working mom so taking time off is tough so the complete disrespect of my time was ridiculous. They’re reasoning was that they had a lot of other appointments (yet arrived before all of them) and that my pup needed a full exam (but when they called to confirm the appointment the week before, they knew this).
There was no apology of any form. I will take my business elsewhere. Plus, they seem really unorganized with long waits and confusion at the front desk. I’d pass if you’re looking for a vet.

My old dog woke up with her face all swollen on one side. They saw her quickly and they were very sweet and gentle with her. Although it looks like it's going to be a long process I am confident it the care she will be receiving.

Hi guys honestly in Salinas there's no body better in treating your furbabie like family with the love and care we have for our own babies. I been bringing my boston terrier Bailey with some nail issues and they been so overwhelming kind and understanding. They are efficient and effective. Today I had an emergency with my other boston and they not only got me in the schedule, and they brought me sooner. I've been looking for a bit for a vet office and they were so welcoming and empathic....I'm truly blessed they are here helping the community with vet care with empathy and kindness.

For needing a desperate appointment for my dog they went above and beyond to accommodate us to be seen the same day! I appreciate all you ladies and this center. The care my dog received was excellent and thorough. Thank you!

These people did not help my cat. I came in, waited for 20 min. Then they took me into the cat room, and I sat there for another 20 min waiting for the vet after the general exam. After this, the vet finally came in for 5 min and barely even looked at my cat’s chin (where i assumed she had acne) and told me it wasnt acne it was fleas. I got charged $75 for flea medication she didn’t need (she doesnt have fleas) and she was in the room for a total of 5 minutes. Every question i asked her she didn’t address, she just gave me another more expensive solution that i did not want. I spent so much more time waiting than being assisted, AND i had an appointment scheduled. I felt like they dont pay attention to cats, and have all their focus on caring for dogs. Which is fine, maybe just advertise that.
