Staff was very friendly from the start i needed storage asap and they handled very well on top of that they were flexible with me moving out I definitely recommend this location the manager was awesome props to him on how he is running the storage

Fred, at the front desk, is one of the nicest, most friendly people I’ve ever met! He even stayed a bit after closing to help me start my contract for storage. A huge plus are the nicely kept grounds, with freshly paved road and extremely clean units! Than you, Fred! Trojan Storage has a gem with you.

I liked the guy who ran the place, he was personable, friendly, pleasant to talk to. I did NOT like the policies.I got a move in special, awesome! First two months buy one get one free. Great! I moved in on the 19th, so my first month was only for 11 days at a prorated price, found out move out does NOT prorate WHAT? Who moves out on the last day of a month? I only needed storage for about 45 days and ended up having to pay two full months rent plus my prorated first months. So 45 days storage cost me about $700 for a 10x20 unit. Why not charge only for what is used? Businesses are going crazy these days.

This place is under new ownership and glad we put ourselves on a waiting list! We needed a storage place for approximately 1-2 months. It was hard to find storage availability and had to go on a waiting list on a couple storage places. We were called by the new owners of All Safe Mini Storage and found them to be quite pleasant and helpful. They had no issues renting out their space as it was always full. The property was clean and well kept. They had security cameras up and assured us that our belongings would be safe and secure, in spite of the previous owner's bad ratings. We had a good experience, hence the 5-star rating! Thanks guys for the great service!! - The Andersens -
