Customer Service at DMV was quick, efficient and very professional. Appreciated the great customer service and much easier than visiting the DMV office. Was able to pay DMV registration and temporary permit for smog certificate purposes taken care of within 30 minutes. I am glad to have purchased the AAA Road Service and able to use take care of DMV issues. Save me time and aggravation.

My most recent interaction was by phone. The person wasn't impolite and made the conversation quite confusing. She refused to clarify what she was trying to say with detail. She is the "professional." I would hope she could be considerate since she understands the business better than I. It was quite disheartening.

Called today to verify hours for DMV services, since I live out of town. Was told it will be open until 5:30 pm but only cash was accepted during this time. Drove 40 minutes to find it closed at 4:50 pm.
