this location has got to be the worst in town. always out of stuff like cups, lids, and straws. place is dirty and run down looking. MOST of the staff sucks too. they don't even stay open 24 hours. Much room for improvement at this location, owners need to get it together

Attempted to purchase alcohol at this location with my friends on Saturday March 9th at 08:25PM. Only one employee was working at the time. My friends and I were talking while deciding which alcohol to purchase. When we reached the cashier, he refused to sell us alcohol because he believed we were too drunk. All three of us hadn’t had a single drop of alcohol yet. Seemed bothered to be working in general.

My son went to get gas yesterday and was asked for ID! What the heck? Have you ever been asked for Identification to put gas in your car? It was someone we haven't seen before. Looks like someone needs more training.

Terrible experience at this location. They are blocking the restroom doors so they don't have to maintain a restroom.Why would I shop here if you can't maintain a restroom.Why don't you have hot food available, there is zero hit food available.

It's 7/11 today technically it's free slurpees today however I went to every 7-eleven in Salinas and they all said the same thing that there machine was down, If you promote something stick to it, don't just shut down the machines and say there down in order not to lose money. I am very upset about this.

My car was at 53 miles (2 gallons) so I went to 7-11 on Tuesday Night (3/29/22) and put $7 in on just to hold me over till Thursday (pay). I used Regular Unleaded on Pump 2 which was $5.89 a gallon. After getting back into my car and turning it on, nothing changed, it was still at 53 miles (2 gallons). I asked if something was wrong with Pump 2 and he said no. So I told him that I was going to have to report this issue.I went out to the pumps to look for the number and all I could find was the sticker that states that the last calibration was February of 2021.How much gas has this 7-11 location been siphoning off of us????
