“I mostly go to this UPS store to drop off Amazon returns and packages that I prepay postage for. They are great - always fast, friendly service. One day, I needed a box for an item, so I was going to send the package at the same time. I was quoted $70 to send this 3 pound box. I declined, and went home and entered the package info into Pirate Ship, and the cheapest price for UPS was $23! I will continue to go there for drop-offs, but now I know better than to buy postage there.”

“Ok, I had so many errands to run on the day I dropped off a birthday package for my cousin. So frustrated with all the things I had to do on my list, I forgot to bring my wallet. The young man behind the counter said: No problem we can use your banking card on your phone. When that work, he suggested that I leave the package there go home and call him with the card information. I did and he told me that my cousin’s birthday package would arrive on Tuesday but it arrived a day early. I was pleased with the customer service and my cousin was thrilled and surprised. Amazing customer service. I love this store.”

Lawrence Tracy & Dimitri are always hard at work filling orders and no matter what I need they take the time to help me out. I usually go here for copies, print outs of various personal projects, faxes, etc. Pretty affordable too for big projects also!”

Arielle was so helpful. Best customer support and service I have ever received from any UPS store. I did 2 amazon returns and I thought I was going to be there longer since it was already getting busy and the lines of customers were starting to get long. She helped me buy a box for one of my items and printed out my label. I didn’t know the size of the box I needed and I was going to package the item myself and get back in line afterwards, but she told me to bring the item in from my car and help package it for me. I noticed she helped the customer behind me when I was getting my packages in my car. She has amazing time management. I was out of there in 5 minutes with the help she gave and customers did not wait too long in line.”

“I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember.
