Super rude about it too. The red haired night shift employee, (female, average height, above average size) should be fired for incompetence or at least warned about her attitude at the least. I occasionally buy scratchers here and have cashed them in for various amounts but she just denied me a redemption of 80 bucks? I bought all the tickets here .. Not sure what that's about. It clearly says $600 on the back of them.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the older woman. She needs to learn to say stuff in her head and not under her breath. Maybe at her age she doesn’t realize how loud she’s actually saying it. Or if she wanted me to hear, she is lucky I had my kids with me.This isn’t the first, second or third time either, she is a rude, hateful woman who shouldn’t have a job there. Have tried calling the number listed several times, and nobody ever wants to answer the phone.I would rather run out of gas and push my car to the next gas station before I ever give this place my business again.

Went there today to get gas and the E85 is 4.09 when ever other cruiser 76 gas station is 3.99 so I went inside to ask the cashier and he was a dick told me it doesn't matter what other ones are this is our price and tried to tell me this isn't 76 its cruiser bit every other one is 3.99 told me if I don't like it get gas somewhere else remind you this is the manager who is telling me this after I asked for manager

They do not enforce mask orders and allow disease to spread inside. They have a sign requiring masks but it's only for display, they don't care and employees often don't wear them correctly either. Avoid going inside the store if you want to decrease your exposure to covid-19

as a former employee back in 2015 i see a bunch of entitled mentally challenged karen's and kevin's that never worked in retail. customers sure love to cry about how poor costumer service is, yet they fail to realize that customers like you are the reasons why employees act the way they do. treat people the way you like to be treated , being a customer doesnt mean you have to act like a @#$% . you treat them nice, they will treat you nice, treat them like an @$$**** , you will be treated the same way. to the crybaby that said how the employees looked mad and how they should smile, how can they smile with entiled pos customers like you? to the girl that said how the place is disgusting etc and how they accused you of lying, the way yall look i perfectly understand why they would accuse you, but please go on and rant and how theyd would risk their jobs for your chump change working at tesla has been great , but i miss the employees, but the not actual customers
