I have banked with Wells Fargo for a couple years now. I haven't had problems with them like I did with bank of the west. They worked with me by opening an opportunity account.I was in checks systems at the time ?. After keeping my account in good standing for awhile; I was able to switch to a regular account.

I really appreciate the consistent level of excellent and personalized service at this St.Helena branch. The bankers are always helpful, efficient and proactive. Since moving here 8 years ago, I have never had a bad experience.

WF has always been and remains a criminal organization. Phony enviro-friendly fakery on their ads while they fun fossil fuel "development." Hidden fees at every turn, CEO Stumpf (think 'tree stump,' who if we lived in a real democracy, would be tried in the courts for multiple felonies against his customers and employees but instead is given tens of millions by a neutered BofD), and staff/tellers that manage to be friendly despite the fact that they are paid subsistence wages. The Hellman's and other greedy, ruthless investors in usury crap on the communities around them. They throw pennies from their hoards so people will swoon over their "philanthropy" - a blues concert, writing off a white-elephant property as a tax write-off for Oakland to manage, and other self-serving "good works." SCREW YOUR ALMS, PAY YOUR ENORMOUS DEBTS TO SOCIETY!

If you read any review READ THIS one. Wells Fargo is a major scam artist. If you're wondering why, just YouTube Wells Fargo whistleblower Yesenia. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! I would give this company zero stars if that was possible.

You would think that this Wells Fargo branch would be great when you walk in, the staff is friendly (at first) offers their services and is quick to sit you down and talk about what you need. That is until you start talking. I had such a bad experience with a teller when I came in today, I JUST needed to switch a transfer on my account which i was explained to could only be done in a Wells Fargo Branch. Not online. Instead I was told I have an old account with 6 cents in it that should be closed, sure I'll close it thanks I guess but is that the priority? Is that what I came in to the bank for? No. Once my account was closed and my transfers were changed, I was belittled about my high credit card balance. Yes I have a lously credit card with Wells Fargo that I wish I had never got in the first place but when you're young and Wells Fargo just sends ya money you take it. The teller was basically telling me how bad my credit was going to get since credit cards are supposed to be paid off in less than a year. OK. Thank you for the info. Obviously it hasn't been paid off. The whole experience was WEIRD. And super not helpful and made me feel worse about my debt, (yay student loans). I already know, NOW about credit cards but when I opened that card, I had no idea. Sorry we all aren't bank tellers! Sorry my parents didn't tell me about credit cards, and variable interest, which I just learned about at 22 years old. So yea I have debt. Who. Doesn't. I guess him since he knows so much. Good for him. Probably not his intentions to make me feel bad, or shove my face in my debt. I cannot take the debt back, I can just pay into it. I dont know what the purpose of him telling me about my debt was. He was pushy, not helpful and this isn't the only time people at this branch have not been helpful. The first time I came in to discuss a student loan I was told "We don't do those here." Thank god I didn't get a loan through Wells Fargo, I hate this bank. The first teller I talked too had no idea about ANYTHING. Every question I asked was met with uncertainty. Maybe he was new, maybe this place just sucks, actually Wells Fargo does sucks.

I've worked here and the management with the tellers was and still is horrible, isook would belittle and embarrass me in front of customer while I did my job correctly, favoring her customers when asking for more money than other customers, and the "long time customers" are babies I'm following the rules when i say no u can't take more than 2 or 3 thousand at a time, "she knows me i come here all the time" idc, I left because of management not the job.
