Just picked up Jade, our first cat ever and I am so happy we took the 2 hour drive to We Care! Paige, Deanna and all the staff were so kind and attentive! Being first time cat owners we had a ton of questions, but Deanna was able to answer all of them. We couldn't find a carrier in stores but they were able to provide us with one and the food she was fed! They also gave us a ton of helpful information about the transition process and some tips. Thank you so much, once Jade is more settled in we can't wait to send photos!!

We Care Animal Rescue is a private, nonprofit, no kill, free roaming pet sanctuary primarily for cats. They rescue, rehome and give medical care to these pets with love and compassion.The staff is great ! They truly care about the animals! A wonderful organization!

I cannot express how thankful I am to We Care Animal Rescue and Melissa Dobar for helping through a very difficult difficult situation with my kitty. I was told that I have to "remove" my cat from my apartment. All of the Animal Rescue groups were full and I have to say not very helpful. But Melissa Dobar contacted me after telling they were full also and said she could take my Charlie since I was in a desperate situation. She and her staff took the time to explain how he could be put in a quiet space before putting him with other cats and also listen to me in a compassionate helpful manner to reassure me. I highly recommend them!!They are really caring and know how to deal with animals in the best possible way!

Very nice facility! This place is kitty nirvana! The staff is wonderful and the "residents" seem very content!
