Dr. Joe has given our family of Beignet, Brioche and Cat Cat 2.0 the best care and attention. We love how available he makes our “minor” emergency appointments! Dr. Joe also performs the longer in-depth surgeries with great professionalism, dedication and care. His staff and assistants are loving, caring, helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly and caring staff and Dr. Stabalsky is pretty wonderful with the animals… I would trust my pets with them any day knowing they take the extra time to really listen and try to find a solution. Dr. Stabalsky didn’t stop searching until he found a surgeon to do an emergency procedure on our dog, over a holiday, and followed-up with us to make certain all was well.

You can’t find a better Vet than Dr. Josef! He has taken exceptional care of our pets for 10 years. We have moved out of state and our Boston is terrible ill and so far the vets here have not impressed me at all. I will be calling Dr. Josef for his options!

The office needs more staff. I called and was put on hold for 8 minutes just to be hung up on. We have been clients for a very long time and hope that the situation improves.

Dr. Stelboski is the best vet I have ever had for my pets. He saved my Pit Bulls life when my boy was diagnosed with Cushings disease and issues with his pancreas. I trust Dr. Joe. He will always be the veterinarian I use for all my pets.D.W.

Dr. Stelbasky is absolutely the best. He has cared for my two dogs for 10 years. He is caring, skilled and compassionate. Always available when I need him for my dogs care. I have never been disappointed and can't imagine entrusting anyone else. He has a lovely supporting staff as well. I just can't give Dr. Stelbasky enough praise. I trust him completely. Thank you for all that you have done for my dogs (children!!!).

I am satisfied that the doctor treats animals with great knowledge, skill and respect and he has good bedside manner, sadly he is represented by incompetent and petty staff. When my cat was actively dying, the senior staff woman was cold and harsh to me over the phone when I was stressing the urgency for an immediate appointment. They reported inaccurate information for my dogs rabies shot, wrong color, wrong birth date. They can't seem to keep a supply of Nexgard on hand, so they encouraged me to go to Chewy and they would immediately complete the form once they recieved it from Chewy. The order was sent to them Tuesday, when I called the vets office on Friday to check on the status, they told me the request was filed in my chart and never presented to the doctor. Now that I lost confidence in this office, I called today (Saturday) to make sure the doctor signed the order, Sarah told me it was still sitting in my file. She was extremely rude when i asked for the name of the office Manager, she said it was the doctor. She wasn't equipped to do damage control and lacked serious customer service skills, displayed defiance and disrespect. There is no accountability for this staff and how they treat pet owners. I have no doubt my order for Nexgard will ever get filled by this office.
