This man's negligence cost my cat its life. He charged $500+ for tests and then sent me off with antibiotics. Said he would call with the results if anything came up, but he never did call. Two weeks later my cat is lethargic, and I have to wait until Tuesday after the holiday to call in. Well, he died that Monday night. I call to inform them and introduce myself and they hurriedly start telling me they need to switch his antibiotics. Why couldn't they have called me? It doesn't take two weeks to get results.The kicker? I brought my cat in because he was sick and it was determined to be a bacterial infection. They insisted the cat get a rabies vaccine as if that couldn't wait. It probably weakened his immune system.I'm so tired of greedy and dismissive vets. Do yourself a favor and find a better one elsewhere.

I remember calling to make an appointment with your staff months ago and being told that you were too busy to see new patients. Thank GOD we found an amazing Vet who actually cares and loves animals! I would never let you touch my dogs after hearing how you treated Carolyn and her beautiful pregnant Ginger. What you did was just AWFUL!!! You are responsible for her loosing Ginger and her puppies. What kind of person are you after she explained that it was a life and death situation and a matter of time that would save her baby and other Vets had already advised her to go to the CLOSEST Vet which was you. You were her only hope!!! Let that sink in! But you turned her away because the last time she visited was 2017 and to go somewhere else...and HUNG UP ON HER! DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL!!! Where was your compassion...you are cold hearted! NO, I take that back, cold hearted implies you have a heart...you are HEARTLESS, turning a woman away in hear time of need knowing how dire the situation is and the mortal danger you are putting her dog in?!?!?! Shame on you!!! I am making sure that all my friends know about what you did and so will the internet. You are a worthless Quack you don't deserve to be called a Vet! SHAME ON YOU! I hold you responsible for Ginger and her puppies deaths!

Dr. Gold and his team are outstanding. Very professional, polite and honest. Dr. Gold genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. He is straightforward and does not push unnecessary products or procedures.

I absolutely love Dr Gold's office. I love it because Dr Gold is straight up with you and tells you how it is ,he shoots from the hip. His office staff are amazing and always willing to accommodate. Office is always clean and Dr Gold is an amazing surgeon! Very Happy !

Dr. Gold and his staff are amazing, he really cares for our pets and always takes his time with them. I drive from Napa and couldn't imagine taking my animals anywhere else. I would and have recommended him to everyone I know who has pets.

We have been very happy with Dr. Gold and all the staff. We have seen him several times when our dog was sick and he has never recommended the most expensive treatment. I am a wait and see kind of mom, and I feel as though he respects that and gives me options. We also bring our dog in for monthly nail trimmings. Unlike a groomer, we make an appointment and the clippings are quick and reasonably priced. The staff is so friendly and really gentle and knowledgeable. This is our vet forever!
