“A solid 5 stars for Adams Street Shipping! This business is under new ownership and we are so glad to have them here in St. Helena. They are friendly and very helpful. Keep in mind that this is a small LOCAL business and it is NOT UPS or Fed Ex... so they do not get paid when you bring your returns to them. Their small handling fee is definitely worth having them take and track your packages for you. I certainly don't want to drive to Napa for my business and very happy to keep it local with a great team and owners! Thanks for always being so wonderful when I come into your store.”
“Spent a month in napa and accumulated wine we needed to ship home. Looked around at options - in Napa, the two we looked at were in the $120-130 range. Called here and they quoted $81 a case. Dropped off two cases - very easy, and helpful staff- did the basic ground shipping with no insurance - the two cases arrived at home in Wis in a few days, intact - for $80 a case. Great service, great value.”
“After coming back from Hawaii, I had some gifts to mail to a friend in Chicago. Since we were going up to Wine County, she had a wish list for a pack of English muffins from Model Bakery. After getting the muffins, we brought our priority mail box to the post office at the next block. The building is historic that was commissioned in 1939 and completed as a Works Progress Administration Project. The lobby is quaint with vintage a section of vintage post office boxes with nice wood walls and cages and the clerks window. There's a mural, "Grape Pickers" by Lew Kelley in 1942 in the side of the lobby.Since I had prepaid for the box label, we just finished packing the box, taped the box and brought it to the window where the clerk scanned it and gave me a receipt. We were happy to have gotten the box in for the Saturday drop off and the package arrived in Chicago on Monday. Appreciate this quaint little post office in downtown St. Helena for providing service to locals and for visitors like me.”
