Being first time cat owners we had a ton of questions, but Deanna was able to answer all of them. We couldn't find a carrier in stores but they were able to provide us with one and the food she was fed! They also gave us a ton of helpful information about the transition process and some tips. Thank you so much, once Jade is more settled in we can't wait to send photos!!”

However, what truly sets this store apart is its exceptional customer service. When I visited with my two dogs, both of the friendly sales ladies working there greeted us immediately and even offered treats to my dogs, which we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.The store is conveniently located in the heart of Saint Helena, surrounded by other boutiques and restaurants, and it's a magnet for fellow animal lovers. Our experience was wonderful, and we ended up purchasing some recommended chicken treats that our dogs absolutely devoured. The store has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a kitschy and cute vibe.”
