Was on a long weekend vacation in Calistoga. Was walking by the shop without any purchasing plan. However, was strongly attracted by Thousands of lamps and various arts items, beautiful colors, great designs! Very happy got three beautiful pieces for home decorating.Owner is very warm and kind!Will definitely shop there again.

We love our pendant lights and the service was excellent. Product arrived on time and well packaged. Needed longer chain, store sent out new chains at no additional cost. Excellent experience.

Gorgeous boots! My 2nd pair actually. The owners/managers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all their beautiful products! From my wife:Both my husband and I have found this amazing store in St. Helena California, Ottoman Art. As soon as you walk in the store you feel a comfort that just surrounds you. Also, there is a fire and ice that lifts your spirits and lights you up with joy. The colors in the store are amazing. They not only brighten the store but brighten your mind. We stop at Ottoman Art every time we go to St. Helena. I wish we had their store in my hometown.From the Husband:Yes, this store is exceptionally beautiful and there's lots of reasons my wife and I like it so well. The handcrafted colors on each item, in such intricate detail is truly unbelievable. The warm welcoming from both the owner and his son beams of pride and appreciation by the displays of art and talents from their home country of Turkey. It was refreshing to walk into a store and not be subject to plaques or shirts boldly telling me what to think, who to vote for, or insulting comments. Here there is none of that, only colors and art. Next door they also have a store displaying intricate Oriental Rugs. We'd love to have one but our house is too small. Even though we don't have a lot of money we've always been able to leave with something treasurable. Whether you're there to spend $5 or $50,000 your patronage is appreciated and valued, and that's saying a lot. I have to add that for the last ten years my wife has been in poor health, finally receiving a dual kidney and liver transplant 5 years ago. Smiles have been few. Once, on a cruise to Alaska, a whale rolled out of the water next to us and I saw an excitement and exhilaration on her face that I'd given up on seeing again. Then, a couple of years later she walked into this store and I saw the same priceless, yes priceless, look on her face again. For me, that is the true treasure of this store.So on Main Street in Saint Helena there's a forever rainbow, and it leads to Ottoman Art. CHECK IT OUT!

I recently purchased a 10-light chandelier here for my dining room. They took the time to measure the length of every similar fixture in the store to make sure it wouldn’t be too long, and gave me a killer price as well. Once I got it hung I realized it would require an additional foot and a half of chain in order to hang properly from my existing electrical box. Ibrahim responded immediately and sent me the additional length of chain at no charge, just wanted his customer to be happy! Outstanding customer service, gorgeous light fixtures!

I would highly recommend Ottoman Art if you are in the market for oriental rugs. The shop has a large selection of beautiful rugs and when you give Ibrahim an idea what you’re looking for in the way of size, color or style he knows exactly where in his very large inventory of rugs to start looking for you. We only had a gross idea of what we wanted and when we narrowed our choices down to two and still weren’t sure which one to choose, he let us bring the rugs home to see which looked best in our living room. I thought that was very generous of him. Ibrahim goes to Istanbul several times a year so I’m pretty confident that he doesn’t go to a merchant, point and say “I’ll take that pile of rugs” for next year’s inventory. Because he goes so often I’m sure he is more selective in the quality of the ones he brings back for his shop each trip.

Interesting store, but avoid the topic of cruise ships with the tall slender gentleman. He completely went off, very angry at the topic. I quickly left and will never return.

Handmade & Phenomenal -Worth the splurge for something long lasting and spectacular, that you can enjoy every day, and maybe even pass on to your children.Really love this place and the extensive magical rugs, I bought an older antique rug in perfect condition that I fell in love with right away. They have a wide range of rugs, if you can't make it to Istanbul, this is the next best thing.

My husband and I happened upon this beautiful store on a recent trip to Napa. We spent about an hour with TJ picking out the perfect lamp for our dining room as well as several gorgeous candle holders in various sizes we planned to give as gifts. TJ made our shopping experience so enjoyable! He patiently answered all of our questions and offered great suggestions, mixed and matched lamp bases with different glass shades so we could see different options, and he was hilarious! He shipped our purchases to us so we didn’t have lug them on the plane, and quickly addressed and resolved an issue that came up with one of our items. This shop is a true gem with its lovely wares and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend a visit to Ottoman Art if you’re in St. Helena!

I purchased two Turkish lamps from Ottoman Arts several years ago after a very pleasant shopping experience, and I love them. I recently contacted them about obtaining a new globe for one of the lamps in a different color, and they were so helpful, prompt, and generous in their response. It shocked me in the best possible way! In a world where everyone claims to offer excellent customer service but few actually do, this business does. I highly recommend them!!
